摘要: A terminal for a solenoid has a weld portion to which an end portion of a lead wire of the solenoid covered with a cover member is welded. The terminal also has a clamp portion for clamping a portion of the lead wire that is located toward a main body of the solenoid from the end portion of the lead wire. Tensile loads on the lead wire of the solenoid are received by the clamped portion of the lead wire and the welded end portion of the lead wire remains free from tensile loads.

摘要: A solenoid valve includes a non-magnetic main body having therein a solenoid coil and core, the core being formed of magnetic material and extending in the coil along the axial direction thereof. A plate member formed of a magnetic material is positioned at one end of the main body along the direction of movement of the core, and is integrally formed with the coil bobbin. A housing member having fluid communication passages therein is positioned adjacent the plate member at a side of the plate member opposite the main body. A valve structure actuatable by the core is positioned between the main body and the housing member for controlling fluid flow in fluid communication passages within the housing member. A yoke member formed of a magnetic material has a U-shaped including arms mechanically secured to the plate member, and has a bent portion mounted to the core.

摘要: An image recording apparatus records an image on a recording medium by causing a recording head having an arrangement of a plurality of recording elements to conduct its main scanning for the recording medium interrelatedly in the direction opposite to the arrangement of the recording elements. The apparatus comprises a setting device to set the number of main scannings by the recording head; a main scanning device to perform recording by plural numbers of main scannings with respect to one pixel by causing the recording head to conduct its main scannings for the same recording area of the recording medium in accordance with the number set by the setting device; and a sub-scanning device to cause the recording head and the recording medium to be sub-scanned interrelatedly per main scanning in an amount smaller than the width of the arrangement of the recording elements of the recording head. Hence, even if a disabled ejection occurs in one scanning at the time of recording by a multi-scanning, the missing dot is complemented by the following scan to make it possible to obtain an image having no image defects at all times.

摘要: A density difference correction signal is generated for correcting a density difference upon forward path printing and backward path printing by density difference correction signal generating apparatus to store the generated density difference correction signal in an unevenness correction RAM. A predetermined correction line in a HS table memory is selected depending upon the density difference correction signal. By the selected correction line, the density correction of the image data of forward path printing and backward path printing is performed to output the image data.

摘要: An object is to provide ink jet printed products superior in the image quality such that ink jet printing onto the cloths satisfy the various conditions regarding the density, resolution, and graininess of dot. To accomplish this object, when an image is formed by a number of dots obtained by discharging the ink from a print head to attach the ink onto the cloths, the ink amount discharged from the printing head onto the cloths is controlled to produce ink jet printed products so that the average value of equivalent circle diameter for each dot after image formation may be three-fourths or less the average value of diameters of fibers constituting the cloths. Thereby, ink jet printed products excellent in image quality can be obtained with blurs reduced and high graininess of dot.

摘要: An ink-jet printer for printing an imaging using an ink-jet head has a heater for holding the temperature of the ink-jet head above a predetermined temperature. The temperature of the ink-jet head is held above the predetermined temperature at the time of a recording operation. When the recording operation ends, elapsed time from the end of recording is measured and, when elapsed time attains a predetermined time, current fed to the header is stopped. From this point onward, the temperature of the ink-jet head is held at a temperature below that which prevails at the time of recording until the next recording operation begins.
