摘要: Disclosed herein is an energy storage module including a first energy container, a second energy container that is connected to the first energy container in parallel, and a switching control unit that senses the energy containers corresponding to predetermined deterioration conditions among the first and second energy containers to selectively open the energy containers corresponding to deterioration conditions so as to selectively charge/discharge the energy containers, whereby the deterioration can be minimized without stopping the overall energy storage module.

摘要: Disclosed herein is a lead unit of an energy storage device including a lead frame for fixing withdrawal electrodes of the energy storage device, including: an output terminal unit formed on an upper portion of the lead frame; a lead unit formed to extend from the output terminal unit to a lower portion of the lead frame and allowing end portions of the withdrawal electrodes to be inserted therein; and an expanding unit formed at an end portion of the lead unit and being brought into contact with the withdrawal electrodes in a compressed manner.The fabrication process can be simplified compared with the existing welding method, and a contact area between the withdrawal electrodes and the lead unit can be increased to thus reduce contact resistance.

摘要: Disclosed herein is an energy storage module.The energy storage module may consist of a plurality of capacitor units each including: one or more capacitor cells each having a cathode terminal and an anode terminal extended and formed at an upper part thereof; and a case having a positive (+) connection terminal and a negative (−) connection terminal provided on a front surface and a rear surface of an upper part thereof, respectively, and a plurality of connectors connected to the positive (+) connection terminal and the negative (−) connection terminal embedded therein, the capacitor cells being inserted in the case, wherein the plurality of capacitor units are electrically connected to each other by coupling of the positive (+) connection terminal and the negative (−) connection terminal provided on the front surface and the rear surface of the case.

摘要: Disclosed herein is an energy storage module, including: upper and lower cases each having elastic bodies provide at both side parts thereof; a capacitor cell inserted within the upper case and the lower case and having anode electrodes and cathode electrodes extended at both side parts thereof; and bus bars inserted between the anode terminals and between the cathode terminals of the capacitor cell. According to the present invention, the module can be manufactured in a comparative simple constitution, and an electric short circuit between anode and cathode terminals can be prevented when swelling occurs due to repetitive charging and discharging of capacitor cells.

The device for stabilizing voltage of an energy storage includes: a bypass unit connected to a unit cell in parallel; a controller connected to the unit cell in parallel to monitor voltage of the unit cell and connected to the bypass unit to control turn on/off of the bypass unit; and an analog circuit unit connected to the unit cell in parallel to detect the voltage of the unit cell and turning on the bypass unit when the detected voltage is higher than a preset second reference voltage.

摘要: There is provided an apparatus for equalizing voltage using a time switch. The apparatus for equalizing voltage includes a plurality of energy storage unit cells connected in series; a single first balance capacitor connected with each energy storage unit cell in parallel through the first switch module for equally charging voltage between the plurality of energy storage unit cells; and a first switch module including a plurality of switches disposed between each energy storage unit cell and the first balance capacitor to sequentially open and close the connection between each energy storage unit cell and the first balance capacitor, whereby the voltage unbalance between the energy storage unit cells can be prevented at low cost.
