摘要： A vacuum sucker for workpiece having through holes comprises a vacuum cup and a vacuum accessory. The vacuum cup is provided with a combining section and a vacuum chamber. The vacuum accessory is provided with an assembling section and a suction head having an abutting surface. The vacuum accessory is defined with a passage, the assembling section of the vacuum accessory is screwed with the combining section of the vacuum cup, so that the suction head of the vacuum accessory is located in the vacuum chamber of the vacuum cup. Thereby, the abutting surface of the vacuum accessory can seal the through holes of the workpiece so as to prevent air from outside from entering the vacuum sucker, and the passage of the vacuum accessory is used to vacuum the vacuum chamber of the vacuum cup, thus sucking the workpiece successfully.

摘要： A bearing-lubricating structure for a direct drive torque motor comprises a body, a direct drive torque motor, a main shaft, a bearing assembly, an adjustment nut and an oil-filling assembly. The bearing assembly includes an assistant roller bearing which is positioned against the rear cover, the main shaft and the adjustment nut. The rear cover is defined with a lubrication oil piping, which is communicated to the assistant roller bearing and communicated to an annular lubrication space located between the rear cover and the adjustment nut. The oil-filing assembly is mounted on an open end of the lubrication oil piping. Thereby, with the abovementioned simplified structure, the main shaft can be lubricated, and the maintenance cost can be reduced.

The main shaft is provided for fixing the torque motor and the body, and the brake assembly is mounted between the body and the main shaft. An annular brake oil room of the brake assembly is positioned against the main shaft, and the brake seat subassembly has a thinner brake deformation wall formed between the annular brake oil room and the main shaft. The annular brake oil room utilizes its high pressure caused deformation to the brake deformation wall, thus achieving a braking effect by pressing the main shaft. Thereby, the present invention is easy to assemble, and not only can stop the main shaft quickly, but also has a greater locking force.

The first lubrication oil piping is communicated with the main bearing, and the second lubrication oil piping is communicated between the brake assembly and the main shaft. Thereby, with the abovementioned simplified structure, the main shaft can be lubricated, and the maintenance cost can be reduced.

摘要： A water cooled stator for a direct drive torque motor comprises a stator base, silicon steel sheets, coils, sealing glue and a water cooled sealing tube. A helical water groove is defined in the outer surface of the stator base. The silicon steel sheets and coils are fixed in the stator base by the sealing glue after solidification. Then, the water cooled sealing tube is directly mounted outside the stator to seal the helical water groove by liquid. By such arrangement, the water cooled sealing tube is used to accomplish simple and independent water cooled sealing, the volume of the products can be effectively reduced, and the water cooled sealing tube can be applied to various tool machines.
