    摘要: A movable magnet type linear motor with a mover heat-dissipating assembly includes a mover having a housing receiving therein a coil seat for holding a coil, openings being formed at two opposite ends of the housing, end covers being attached to the openings and having central holes so as to allow an inner stator to pass through the holes, wherein a plurality of heat dissipating channels are provided between the coil seat and the housing while the end covers have plural heat dissipating holes corresponding to the heat dissipating channels so that external cool air is allowed to enter the housing through the heat dissipating holes and the heat dissipating channels, thereby cooling the mover.

    摘要: A structure of shoe sole is provided, which is a custom-made shoe sole that is formed according to a user's foot sole so as to improve the effects of support and wrapping of the shoe sole. The shoe sole includes an enclosure and a clay-like thermoplastic material. The enclosure includes upper and lower cover layers that are made of a material showing local stretchability and air permeability. The thermoplastic material is received between the upper and lower cover layers and is a thermoplastic mixture in the form of soft ceramic. With the shoe sole placed in a shoe and the shoe put on a user's foot, the thermoplastic material of the shoe sole may get deformed inside the enclosure according to the contour of the user's foot sole, making the shoe sole shaped to completely match the foot sole of the user.

    摘要: A water cooled stator for a direct drive torque motor comprises a stator base, silicon steel sheets, coils, sealing glue and a water cooled sealing tube. A helical water groove is defined in the outer surface of the stator base. The silicon steel sheets and coils are fixed in the stator base by the sealing glue after solidification. Then, the water cooled sealing tube is directly mounted outside the stator to seal the helical water groove by liquid. By such arrangement, the water cooled sealing tube is used to accomplish simple and independent water cooled sealing, the volume of the products can be effectively reduced, and the water cooled sealing tube can be applied to various tool machines.

The main shaft includes a plurality of stages which are used to positioning the torque motor and the bearing assembly, and then torque motor and the bearing assembly are used to position the body. The main shaft is formed at the end with threads for enabling the adjustment nut to press tightly against the respective components on the main shaft. When the present invention is used on the assembly of the direct drive torque motor, which can not only simplify the assembly operation, improve the reliability, but also eliminate the clearance of the main shaft to increase the service life of the product.

The first feature of the present invention is that after time-division sampling, the voice signals can be directly sent to a subsequent voice generator without being demodulated beforehand. The second feature is that the ratio of a specific voice signal to a synthesized voice can be easily adjusted by changing the numbers of channels occupied by the specific voice. Consequently, the adjusting circuitry can be significantly simplified.

    摘要: An actuator with an anti-loose structure comprises an actuator and an anti-loose structure. The actuator includes a first tube, a second tube and a drive assembly. The first tube is movably mounted on the second tube, and the drive assembly is drivingly connected to the first and the second tubes and provided with a drive gear connected to a power source. The drive assembly obtains the power through the drive gear to drive the second tube to life and descend with respect to the first tube. The anti-loose structure includes a first limit member and a second limit member that are both disposed on the drive screw of the drive assembly. The first limit member and the second limit member are respectively located at two ends of the drive gear to for avoiding the uncontrollable movement of the drive gear, which is likely to affect extending/retracting movement of the actuator.
