Abstract:
The preset invention relates to a promoter to target a fluorescent protein to the muscles of fish, such as A. nigrofasciatus, for ornamental purposes, which is a Mlc3 (myosin, light polypeptide 3, skeletal muscle) promoter. The Mlc3 promoter has the nucleotides of tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) myosin light chain 3 (Mlc3) promoter region, which is potential to be a tilapia Mlc3 promoter to enhance protein expression in muscle of fish, particularly for the generation of ornamental fish.
Abstract:
A solid and painless sticking bar includes a solid main body and an adhesive member fixed at the underside of the main body. The main body has plural cut lines respectively provided at a proper interval so that the main body can be cut into a proper length or height for use according to practical needs. Plural main bodies are protuberantly fixed at proper locations around the outer circumferential edge of a wound by means of the adhesive member. Thus, when bandaging material is covered or wound on the main bodies and positioned over the wound, it will not directly contact with the surface of the wound and adhere to the wound when the wound secretes mucus, able to prevent the wound from being injured for a second time when the bandaging material is removed from the wound.
Abstract:
A stationary LED lamp includes a heat dissipating strip, a lamp cover base, a support strip, and an LED base. The heat-dissipating strip is adhered at an outer side of the lamp cover base, and the support strip is installed at an inner surface of the lamp cover base, which is provided with a reflecting strip on the inner surface. The LED base is provided with more than one LED welded on a PCB, and then adhered at an inner side of the support strip. Then the LED lamp is positioned by means of screwing or adhering, without easily loosening off as a conventional lamp does. The stationary LED lamp has a high luminance and swift heat dissipation to comply with the environment protection more effectively than the conventional one does.

A multifunction plant cultivation LED able to control the growing speed of plants is to properly select the composition material and proportion of LED to enable the LED to emit light with different wavelengths and colors. Then, specific wavelengths beneficial to the growth of plants and able to offer best bright for human naked eyes are selected from light spectrums to make up a LED light source with multiple wavelengths for irradiating landscaping plants and flowers and controlling their growing speed as well as for seeing, enjoying and for lighting, versatile in use, having high efficiency and saving electricity.
