摘要: A composition comprising polylactic acid and having excellent heat stability, especially moist heat stability, and a molded article thereof.The composition comprises 100 parts by weight of a resin component (component A) which is composed of 5 to 100 wt % of polylactic acid (component A-α) and 95 to 0 wt % of a thermoplastic resin (component A-β), 0.001 to 5 parts by weight of a phosphono-fatty acid ester (component B), 0.01 to 5 parts by weight of a phosphate metal salt (component C), 0.001 to 2 parts by weight of at least one antioxidant (component D) selected from the group consisting of a phosphite-based compound, a phosphonite-based compound, a hindered phenol-based compound and a thioether-based compound, and 0.001 to 10 parts by weight of an end-sealing agent (component E).

摘要: A resin composition which comprises polylactic acid, does not release an isocyanate group at the time of production and has excellent hydrolysis resistance and a low environmental burden.The resin composition comprises: (A) 100 parts by weight of a resin component (component A) containing polylactic acid (component A-α); (B) 0.001 to 10 parts by weight of a compound (component B) having one carbodiimide group and a cyclic structure in which first nitrogen and second nitrogen are bonded to each other via a bonding group, the cyclic structure consisting of 8 to 50 atoms; and (C) 0.001 to 2 parts by weight of at least one antioxidant (component C) selected from the group consisting of a hindered phenol-based compound, a phosphite-based compound, a phosphonite-based compound and a thioether-based compound.

摘要: There are provided a resin composition comprising a polylactic acid which (i) comprises a poly-L-lactic acid (component B-1) and a poly-D-lactic acid (component B-4), (ii) has a weight ratio of the component B-1 to the component B-4 (component B-1/component B-4) of 10/90 to 90/10, and (iii) shows a proportion of melt peaks at 195° C. or higher to all melt peaks in a temperature rising process in measurement by a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) of at least 20%; a molded article of the resin composition; and methods for producing the resin composition and the molded article.

摘要: The object of this invention is to provide a resin composition that contains a polymer obtained from biomass resources and constitutes molded articles excellent in heat resistance, mechanical properties and durable stability, this invention including a resin composition comprising (i) a resin component containing 95 to 5% by weight of an aromatic polycarbonate (component A) and 5 to 95% by weight of polylactic acid (component B), (ii) 0.001 to 10 parts by weight, per 100 parts by weight of the resin component, of a phosphoric ester metal salt (component C), and (iii) 0.01 to 5 parts by weight, per 100 parts by weight of the polylactic acid (component B), of a terminal blocker (component F), the stereo-complex crystal content (X) of the following expression (I) being 80% or more, X (%)={ΔHb/(ΔHa+ΔHb)}×100 (I) wherein ΔHa and ΔHb are a melting enthalpy (ΔHa) of a crystal melting point that appears at lower than 190° C. and a melting enthalpy (ΔHb) of a crystal melting point that appears at 190° C. or higher but less than 250° C., respectively, in a temperature-elevation process by a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), and molded articles thereof.

摘要: In a mechanism for driving a plurality of pin contacts of an edge connector of a memory card assembly in a lateral direction from positions adjacent to socket contacts to bring the pin contacts into contact with the socket contacts of a card receiving connector, the mechanism comprises a pin driving plate having a cam hole and pin contact receiving holes and laterally slidably mounted on the card receiving connector. An actuator rod is removably and rotatably mounted in the card receiving connector and is provided with an eccentric pin portion engaging with the cam hole so that the pin driving plate is laterally driven by engagement between the cam hole and the eccentric pin portion when the actuator rod is rotated. Thus, the pin contacts received in the pin contact receiving holes are brought into contact with the socket contacts. An actuator attachment preventing mechanism is provided for preventing the actuator rod from being inserted to the cam hole unless the memory card assembly is correctively fitted to the card receiving connector. A lock mechanism is further provided for locking the memory card assembly and the card receiving connector in a connected state.
