摘要: A front cross frame portion (12) is connected to a front cross member (27) provided at a connecting portion (26) between a front floor (6) and a vertical wall portion (7). A rear cross frame portion (13) is fixed to a rear cross member (28) extending along a lower surface side of a rear floor (8) in a vehicle width direction above a differential (16). Thereby, the longitudinal length of a subframe (9) is shortened, the stiffness of the subframe (9) is increased, and the space behind the rear cross frame portion (13) is increased. (FIG. 1)

摘要: In a motor mount structure of an electric vehicle, in which a front cross frame is connected to a front cross member, a rear cross frame is secured to a rear cross member, opposite sides of a power train in a vehicle width direction are supported on side frames by a side mount device placed so that positions in a vehicle fore-and-aft direction and a vehicle vertical direction are close to a horizontal line passing through the center of gravity of the power train and extending in the vehicle width direction, while a front mount device that regulates rolling of the power train is placed on a front portion of the power train, and the front mount device is mounted to a central portion of the front cross frame in the vehicle width direction.

摘要: At the time of closing a die mold, an upper die (18) is rotated with respect to screws (44a-44d) while being brought into contact with a lower die (14) by means of drive gears (42a-42d) and a driven gear (40), wherein a closing force is applied to the material (W) by plate springs (60). Subsequently, at the time of opening the die, under an opposite operation, the upper die (18) is opened while being simultaneously rotated with respect to the screws (44a-44d) which are supported by coil springs (54a-54d), whereby a spiral bevel gear (72) is released from the mold. Accordingly, at the time of die closing, the closing force is kept stable, whereas when the die is opened, imposition of a large force to the gear teeth is prevented, so that bevel gears (72) of high quality and high yield rate can be produced.

摘要: A preform for a connecting rod of an engine is manufactured with a good productivity. The preform has a large-end mass portion which corresponds to a large-end portion of the connecting rod, a small-end mass portion which corresponds to a small-end portion thereof, and a shaft portion which corresponds to a rod portion thereof. There is manufactured a preform blank which has a shaft-shaped portion which is formed by extrusion. This shaft-shaped portion is made up of the shaft portion and an extended portion which extends axially forward from the shaft portion. The small-end mass portion is formed by squeezing the extended portion in the axial direction in a plurality of times starting with a portion near the shaft portion.

摘要: A brushless motor includes a rotor unit comprised of a spindle and a multi-polarized magnet arranged around the spindle. A bearing housed inside a bearing housing having a circular flange formed therearound, and rotatably supports the spindle so that the rotor unit can rotate. A substrate provided with a stator unit on its top surface but nothing with its bottom surface. The bearing housing is fixed to the substrate such that a top surface of the flange and the bottom surface of the substrate is in a tight contact as a reference surface for location.

摘要: A turntable device includes a disc base on the circumference thereof, and the disc base has a hardness more than a given level. The surface of the disc base is roughened at a given level in order to prevent the disc from slipping and adhesion to the disc base. The disc base can compensate surface wobble caused by the disc base. A manufacturing method of the turntable device includes the steps of: a) dripping liquid resin mixed with fine particles on the circumference of the turntable; and b) hardening the resin to form the disc base. The turntable device is good for e.g. CD players, optical disc driving apparatuses.
