摘要: This invention relates to a simple electric bicycle characterized in that a swing-arm is supported at a fulcrum provided at a position which is upper and outer side of a bicycle wheel and forward of a wheel axle in the freely swingable manner, the arm is provided with a motor at a position where a swinging circular arc of the swing-arm and an outer periphery of the wheel intersect each other, a driving roller is put around a motor shaft to convey a driving force of the motor to the wheel by contacting with a tire, and thereby a proper driving force can be obtained in proportion to a load.

摘要: A logical-link management method to be executed in an optical communication system including a station side device (OLT) and a subscriber side device (ONU) that is capable of setting a plurality of logical links together with the OLT, in which the OLT transmits a signal for managing the ONU via a single logical link. The logical-link management method includes a status monitoring of the OLT monitoring whether there is a change in a connection status of the logical link between the OLT and the ONU and a link resetting of the OLT resetting, when a change of the connection status of the logical link is detected at the status monitoring, a device management logical link used for transmitting the signal for managing the ONU according to a predetermined procedure.

摘要: A laminate body (1) is provided with a transparent substrate (10) and a refractive layer (11) which refracts incident light towards the top of the substrate (10). The refractive layer (11) contains, at least, one kind of fluorine compound (ss) selected from a group consisting of fluoro-silsesquioxane and fluoro-silsesquioxane polymers, and a resin (pl) having a refractive index higher than that of the aforementioned fluorine compound (ss). Of the side of the substrate (10) (the side of the back surface s2) and the side opposite thereof (the side of the front surface s1), the concentration of the fluorine compound (ss) in the refractive layer (11) is higher on said side opposite (the side of the front surface s1), and the refractive layer (11) foams a graded structure layer of high refractive indices and low refractive indices inside the layer.

摘要: A low temperature waste crushing system including a low temperature freezing section for cooling waste material below the cold shortness transition temperature by receiving a supply of refrigeration from a heat sink, and a crushing section for crushing the material cooled in the low temperature freezing section by taking advantage of cold shortness. The low temperature freezing section is configured in dual steps, the preceding step being supplied with the higher temperature refrigeration of the first refrigerating cycle and the succeeding step being supplied with the lower temperature refrigeration of the second refrigerating cycle. The heat sink is configured in a binary refrigeration cycle including a first cycle of ammonia refrigerant for obtaining the first refrigeration temperature, which is higher that the cold shortness transition temperature; and a second cycle of hydrocarbon refrigerant for obtaining a second refrigeration temperature, which is lower in temperature that the cold shortness transition temperature. The device is able to reduce the burden to the environment in comparison with prior art cooling systems.
