摘要: A twin rotary compressor is provided. In the twin rotary compressor, a refrigerant suction pipe may be connected to a middle plate positioned between a first cylinder and a second cylinder to reduce a height of the first cylinder, so that heights of a first rolling piston and a first vane may also be lowered. This may allow a contact area between the first rolling piston and the first vane to be decreased so as to reduce refrigerant leakage from a first compression space of the first cylinder, resulting in improvement of compression efficiency of the compressor.

摘要: A rotary compressor is provided. A suction hole is formed through a middle plate of the compressor to distribute refrigerant into both upper and lower cylinders. Coupling bolts having an appropriate length couple the cylinders to the middle plate. The length of the coupling bolts may be defined such that deformation of vane slots of the cylinders due to coupling of the cylinders may be minimized or eliminated, and friction loss and leakage loss between the vane and the vane slot may be reduced, thus improving compressor function.

摘要: A compression device includes a plurality of compressors in a shell. Each compressor includes a rolling piston that rotates within a cylinder to compress refrigerant. At least one valve allows refrigerant to be simultaneously or successively compressed by the compressors. A first pipe transfers refrigerant into one of the compressors, and a second pipe transfers refrigerant compressed in one of the compressors to another one of the compressors when the refrigerant is successively compressed by the compression mechanisms. The first and second pipes are coupled to the cylinder of one of the compressors.

摘要: A rotary compressor is provided. The rotary compressor may include a plurality of cylinders each having a suction port formed such that an intersection of a center line of the suction port and a center line of a vane slot is positioned at a predetermined interval closer to the vane slot than to an intersection between a center of an inner diameter of the cylinder and the center line of the vane slot. A proximal end of the suction port may be formed in the vicinity of the vane slot so as to advance a compression start angle of a compression space and reduce a dead volume between the vane slot and the suction port, thus improving compressor performance.
