    摘要: A quaternary ammonium hydroxycarboxylate is produced by quaternizing a tertiary amine with a hydroxycarboxylic ester represented by the following Formula 1: wherein R1 to R3 are as defined in the disclosure. By using only one tertiary amine having at least one substituent different from R1 of the ester moiety of the hydroxycarboxylic ester and by controlling the reaction conditions, a mixture of quaternary ammonium hydroxycarboxylates having different quaternary ammonium ions is produced. By reacting an inorganic acid with the quaternary ammonium hydroxycarboxylate or its mixture, a quaternary ammonium salt of inorganic acid or its mixture is produced.

    摘要: Provided a process for producing higher content of trans 1,4-bis(aminomethyl)cyclohexane which is used as the raw material for producing polyamides or polyurethanes having physically and chemically excellent properties from 1,4-bis(aminomethyl)cyclohexane which is generally produced by hydrogenation of p-xylylenediamine.That is, a mixture of cis and trans 1,4-bis(aminomethyl)cyclohexane is isomerized by heating at 120 to 250.degree. C. in the presence of a platinum group catalyst to change to trans isomer. 1,4-bis(aminomethyl)cyclohexane containing more than 80% trans isomer is produced by combining this isomerization technique and crystallization technique.

    摘要: A process for producing alkylene carbonates which comprises reacting urea and glycols described by the general formula RCH(OH) CH.sub.2 OH; wherein R represents hydrogen or an alkyl group containing 1 to 4 carbons, using a catalyst containing zinc, magnesium, lead or calcium at reduced pressures. The alkylene carbonates are produced with high yield easily using raw materials which are comparatively inexpensive with a mild reaction that does not involve explosive or hazardous materials.

    摘要: A misfire diagnostic system for an Internal combustion engine comprises a crank-shaft angle sensor for monitoring a crankshaft angular velocity reflecting a combusting condition of each of engine cylinders, and a control unit for calculating an angular-velocity correction factor of each of the engine cylinders on the basis of the angular velocity in every engine operating region only under a stable engine operating condition. The control unit corrects the angular velocity by the angular-velocity correction factor of each of the engine cylinders for every engine operating region. The presence of a misfire is accurately decided on the basis of the angular velocity corrected for every engine cylinder and for every engine operating region.

    摘要: The invention provides a method for producing an (alkylphenyl)alkylcyclohexane, including a step of condensing an alkylbenzene with an alkylcyclohexene or an alkylcyclohexanol in the presence of an acid catalyst, and (alkylphenyl)alkylcyclohexane represented by formula (8). The (alkylphenyl)alkylcyclohexane produced through the production method can be transformed into an alkylbiphenyl, a biphenylpolycarboxylic acid, or a biphenylpolycarboxylic anhydride. Through the production method, an (alkylphenyl)alkylcyclohexane and an alkylbiphenyl of interest can be readily and selectively produced.
