    摘要: There is provided a composition that can effectively remove a protective coating and a primer coating that have a resistance to etching solutions and are rendered unnecessary after wet-etching treatment in MEMS fabrication processes, and a method for removing the protective layer. The composition contains (A) at least one organic solvent selected from the group consisting of amides, lactones, pyrrolidones and ketones, (B) water, and (C) a fluoride, in an amount of 80.00 to 99.90 mass %, 0.05 to 12.00 mass %, and 0.05 to 8.00 mass %, respectively. The composition may further contain (D) phosphoric acid, phosphonic acid or phosphinic acid in an amount over 0 mass part to 5.5 mass parts, or (E) an organic amine in an amount over 0 mass part to 45 mass parts, based on 100 mass parts of the composition.

According to the present invention, the nipple portion 212a, measured by placing the base portion 214a of the artificial nipple 210a on a precise universal tester having a metallic pressing top made of a cylindrical shape with a radius of about 5 mm, to compress the maximum outer diameter of the nipple portion into the direction of the center thereof, has a nipple elasticity of 0.1 N to 0.8 N when the maximum outer diameter of the nipple portion is compressed by 20%, and of 1.0 N to 2.5 N when the maximum outer diameter of the nipple portion is compressed by 60%.

The manual breast pump can include a conical suction portion, which is made to abut a breast and includes a breast pump main body that is held in communication with a bottle, and a lever with long shape in a direction and detachably fitted to the breast pump main body at a middle position thereof by means of a rotative and supportive shaft. The lever is adapted to turn in opposite directions around the shaft. The lever is operated so as to relatively reciprocate a piston and generate negative pressure so that the suction portion that is held in communication with an internal space of the lever sucks milk and causes the sucked milk to fall into the bottle.

    摘要: A breast pump for extracting milk from a human breast includes an extracting cup and has an engagement portion for engaging the breast. A container has a mouth portion connected to the extracting cup. A milk receiving bag is mounted to the mouth portion and suspended in the container. An air suction source is connected to the container in order to produce air suction inside the container. An air path connects the interior of the extracting cup and the inside of the container, wherein the air suction creates a negative air pressure condition to assist in the suction of milk. The milk flows by gravity through the extracting cup and into the milk receiving bag without contact with the air suction source or the inside of the container.
