The present disclosure provides a packet transmission method and apparatus. The method includes: a classifier receiving a first packet; the classifier determining a first service function (SF) to which the first packet is to be transmitted; the classifier adding an address of the first SF to the first packet, obtaining a second packet; and the classifier transmitting the second packet to a network virtualization edge (NVE) node.
Abstract:
Provided are a method for processing a Network Address Translation 64 (NAT64) prefix, network equipment and a Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol for Internet Protocol version 6 (DHCPv6) server. The method includes that: a synthesis Internet Protocol version 6 (IPv6) prefix corresponding to each network configuration information option is acquired; and a DHCPv6 message is sent to a DHCPv6 server, wherein the DHCPv6 message carries at least one option of the synthesis IPv6 prefix. Through the present disclosure, various problems appearing when some servers are still deployed in an Internet Protocol version 4 (IPv4) network in an IPv6/IPv4 network interworking process are solved; in addition, network configurations are reduced; and moreover, when NAT64 services are upgraded or all upgraded to an IPv6 network in a later period, the network configurations are flexibly regulated, complexity in network maintenance is reduced and easiness for maintenance is ensured.

Provided are a method, device and system for processing an IPv6 network parameter, an AAA server, a n RADIUS client and a BNG. The method includes that: an RADIUS access request message sent by an RADIUS client corresponding to a remote user is received; and an RADIUS access accepting message carrying information identifying an IPv6 transition technology type supported by the remote user is sent to the RADIUS client after the remote user passes authentication according to the RADIUS access request message. By the present disclosure, the problems of complexity in manual configuration, configuration inflexibility and high cost of an IPv6 transition technology type in the related art are solved, and the effects of extending a configuration manner for the IPv6 transition technology type and implementing unified configuration management of a network on IPv6 transition technology types supported by a user are further achieved.

A method, device and node for message transmission, and a computer storage medium are provided, the method including Bit Indexed Explicit Replication (BIER) information which is sent by other nodes except a first node in a distance-vector routing protocol (Babel) network in a Babel protocol extension manner is received, wherein the BIER information is used for acquiring a BIER forwarding entry; the BIER forwarding entry is acquired according to the BIER information; and a message encapsulated in a BIER manner is sent to said other nodes according to the BIER forwarding entry.

An information transmission method, comprising: a control platform generating forwarding information of a bit indexed explicit replication (BIER) network; and the control platform sending, according to the forwarding information of the BIER network, a BIER flow table to a forwarding device through an OpenFlow protocol. The solution solves the problems that, in a forwarding mode for a multicast message in the relevant OpenFlow technology, a space occupied by an entry is larger and the forwarding efficiency is lower because it is necessary to establish a corresponding flow table and group table on each forwarding device for each flow.

The disclosure discloses a method and device for processing a Service Function Chaining (SFC). The method includes that: the SFC receives a message sent from forwarding equipment; the SFC generates a forwarding table corresponding to the message; and under a condition that a preset state of a forwarding table sending switch is on, the SFC sends the forwarding table to the forwarding equipment to make the forwarding equipment forward the message according to the forwarding table when receiving the message, wherein the forwarding table sending switch is used for indicating the SFC whether to send the forwarding table to the forwarding equipment or not. By the disclosure, an effect of increasing a success rate of data forwarding of the SFC is achieved.

The disclosure discloses a method and device for fault detection. The method includes: a Bidirectional Forwarding Detection (BFD) session is created on a service function path established between a first service function instance in a management domain of a local-end service function node and a second service function instance in a management domain of an opposite-end service function node; and connectivity fault detection is performed by interaction of a BFD control packet between local-end service function node and the opposite-end service function node. According to the technical solution provided in the disclosure, it is achieved to perform connectivity detection between service function instances on a service function path.

Provided are a method and device for processing an IPv6 address, DHCPv6 relay equipment and a DHCPv6 server. The method includes that: an IPv4 information option, of which an address field is an IPv4 address, in information options of an IPv6 message is monitored; an IPv6 prefix corresponding to the IPv4 information option is acquired; and an IPv6 address is synthesized according to the IPv4 address in the IPv4 information option and the IPv6 prefix. Through the present disclosure, various problems appearing when a server is still deployed in an IPv4 network in an IPv6/IPv4 network interworking process and the problem of complexity in network maintenance in the related art are solved, and the effects of automatically synthesizing the IPv6 address by virtue of network equipment, reducing complexity in system maintenance and enhancing convenience for transition from IPv4 to IPv6 are further achieved.

A method for controlling quality of service, including steps of: transmitting, by a network device, a packet; and controlling the quality of service for the packet, by the network device, according to a Bit Indexed Explicit Replication (BIER)-information-based service quality strategy or according to a service quality related field carried by the packet. The method of the present disclosure can achieve controlling for quality of service based on BIER information, enhance flexibility of controlling for the quality of service in a network, and promote development of multicast technology and network.
