Provided in the present invention are a data transmission method and device. In an embodiment of the present invention, in a condition in which a first node acquires whether an X2 interface is present between the first node and a second node, the first node directly transmits a forwarding address thereof to the second node, to address a problem in the related art regarding how to optimize data forwarding in a scenario of double connection switching, thereby improving flexibility and applicability of the data forwarding.

A method and system for notifying a transport layer address are disclosed. The method includes: a first base station sending transport layer address information of an X2 gateway connected to the first base station to a second base station, wherein, the first base station is a home base station (step 10); and the second base station initiating an X2 connection establishment flow according to the received transport layer address information of the X2 gateway (step 20). The system includes: a first base station, configured to: send transport layer address information of an X2 gateway connected to the first base station to a second base station; wherein, the first base station is a home base station; and the second base station, configured to: initiate an X2 connection establishment flow according to the received transport layer address information of the X2 gateway.

Provided are methods and devices for reporting a broadcast state of a warning message. In the method, an evolved Node B (eNB) receives a state request message from a Mobile Management Entity (MME), wherein the state request message is used for requesting to report a broadcast state of a warning message; in response to the state request message, the eNB reports the broadcast state of the warning message to the MME. By means of the technical solution, the effect that a network side can report a broadcast state of a warning message according to a state request from a Cell Broadcast Center (CBC) is achieved.

The disclosure discloses a method and device for configuring a Un subframe. The method comprises: if a MR moves between multiple DeNBs, a message sent from a source DeNB to a target DeNB carries the Un subframe configuration information of the MR. The disclosure solves the problem that it is unable to acquire effective and accurate Un subframe configuration information fast when the MR moves between the DeNBs is solved, thereby achieving the effect of acquiring the effective and accurate Un subframe configuration information fast.

The disclosure discloses a method and a device for processing and managing an establishment of an X2 connection. The method comprises: a home NodeB acquires the address of an adjacent NodeB corresponding to the home NodeB, wherein the address is for establishing an X2 connection between the home NodeB and the adjacent NodeB; and the home NodeB sends the acquired address to an X2 gateway. In the disclosure, the technical problem in the related art that the X2 connection between the home NodeB and the adjacent NodeB cannot be established because the X2 gateway cannot acquire the address of the adjacent NodeB of the home NodeB is solved, thus implementing the establishment of the X2 connection between the home NodeB and the adjacent NodeB.
