    摘要: A method of manufacturing and driving an optically compensated birefringence (OCB) mode liquid crystal (LC) panel is provided. In the method, the OCB LC panel is applied which is characterized that a closed structure region with HAN, VA or Bend property is around a display region of the OCB LC panel. Thereafter, the OCB LC panel is driven by a mode of multistage voltage variation. The mode of multistage voltage variation includes applying a high voltage to LC molecules in the OCB LC panel for transferring them to a bend or a VA state, decaying the high voltage to a low voltage above a bend state holding voltage of the OCB LC panel, and turning off the voltage to zero so as to maintain the configuration of LC molecules in the OCB LC panel in a π-twist state.

    摘要: A method for fabricating a display substrate is provided. A substrate is provided first. After that, an alignment film coating and an alignment treatment are performed to the substrate, and a layer of photoreactive monomer material is coated on the surface of the substrate after the alignment treatment. Thereafter, the layer of photoreactive monomer material is selectively irradiated by UV light in an exposed region, and the layer of photoreactive monomer material in an unexposed region is removed for liquid crystal molecules to have different pretilt angles in the exposed region and the unexposed region.

    摘要: An illuminating module includes an illuminating device and an electrical connector. The illuminating device includes a first conductive contact and a second conductive contact. The electrical connector includes an external plug, a first internal conductive terminal and a second internal conductive terminal. The first internal conductive terminal electrically connects the external plug and the first conductive contact. The second internal conductive terminal electrically connects the external plug and the second conductive contact. The connection manner of the first internal conductive terminal and the first conductive contact belongs to fool-proof connection. The connection manner of the second internal conductive terminal and the second conductive contact belongs to fool-proof connection. The misconnection between the first and the second internal conductive terminals of the electrical connector and the first and the second conductive contacts of the illuminating device is prevented by means of the design of the illuminating module.
