摘要: In a semiconductor color sensor circuit with two photodiodes having mutually different wavelength sensitivity characteristics, the ratio of numbers or areas of two types of transistors for logarithmic compression of signals from these photodiodes is adjusted so that errors in output voltage due to changes in temperature can be reduced and the dynamic range of illuminance of incident light can be enlarged.

摘要: An optical communication apparatus in which bidirectional communication may be made over a sole optical fiber. A light emitting device (132) radiates light through an optical system (133) to an optical fiber (76). The light transmitted from the optical fiber (76) is received over optical system (133) by a light receiving device (136). In the optical system (133), such a relationship S−2QN≧M>S/2Q−N is set, where M is the light volume of the stray light emitted, Q is the value of a Q-value representing the communication quality as required, S is the light volume of a received signal from a communication partner and N is the sum total of the Gaussian noise.

摘要: A gas turbine exhaust passage is realized which may suppress the radiation of strong ultra low frequency noise to the outside without amplifying the turbulence of an high speed exhaust gas flow rate or a pressure pulsation generated in a gas turbine. At least a portion of a wall of a gas turbine exhaust passage (3, 5) is formed of an acoustically transmissive material (36, 56) for allowing a low frequency noise of several tens of Hz or less to pass therethrough sufficiently. Also, the acoustically transmissive material is made of one or more of a porous material, a porous heat insulating material, a mesh having a large flow resistance, cloth or film material. Further, the acoustically transmissive material is supported by a porous plate or a frame. In a case where an acoustically transmissive material is used only for an exhaust chimney (5), the exhaust chimney (5) is supported by a rack (11). Further, a soundproof panel (12) may be attached to the rack (11). Also, a damper provided at a branch portion between an exhaust gas boiler branched from the gas turbine exhaust passage and the gas turbine exhaust passage is formed of acoustically transmissive material for allowing a low frequency noise of several tens of Hz or less to pass therethrough sufficiently.

摘要: A light receiving section of a photocoupler according to the present invention has, for example, a light receiving element, a converting circuit, an oscillator, an updown (U/D) counter, a decoder and a clock signal supply control circuit, and those devices are monolithically integrated therein. When the light receiving element receives light from a light generating section, an output of the converting circuit becomes High. At this time, an output of the decoder is delayed until the U/D counter has counted up to the preset number a clock signal supplied by the clock signal supply control circuit. On the other hand, upon having Low of the output of the converting circuit, the output of the decoder is delayed until the U/D counter has counted down to "0" the clock signal supplied by the clock signal supply control circuit. Therefore, even in the case where noise interferes the output of the converting circuit, since the output of the decoder is delayed until the count value of the U/D counter has reached the preset number or "0" in spite of switching of the operation of the U/D counter, it is not adversely affected by the noise. This results in improved anti-noise characteristics of the photocoupler.

摘要: To provide a vehicle rear-view mirror equipped with a display device, configured so that: a warning indication is easy to see from the driver and is hard to see from following vehicles and vehicles on the adjacent lanes; and when no warning is indicated, no discontinuities occur in the rear-area image reflected in the mirror and the warning symbol is unnoticeable. A mirror element 18 is configured by forming a semi-transmissive reflective film 24 or 56 formed of a dielectric multilayer film on the back or front surface of a transparent glass substrate 22. A dark color mask member 26 is arranged on the back surface of the mirror element 18. An opening 26a is formed on the mask member 26. A light-orienting tube 28 is arranged in such a manner that it protrudes in the backward direction of the mask member 26 so as to surround the opening 26a. The tube axis 28a of the light-orienting tube 28 is inclined in the direction toward the driver's viewpoint. An indication mask 32, a light diffusion plate 34 and an LED 36 are arranged as an indication light-emitting portion 30 by depositing them in this order on a rear end-side opening 28b of the light-orienting tube 28.

摘要: A pressurized fluidized bed combined electricity generation system for improving gas turbine output increases and prevention of surging is provided. This pressurized fluidized bed combined electricity generation system is a combined electricity generation system including a steam turbine; a pressurized fluidized bed boiler for generating steam for supply to the steam turbine by combusting air from an air supply system and fuel from a fuel supply system; a gas turbine driven by exhaust gas such as combustion gas from the pressurized fluidized bed boiler and the air; and a compressor directly coupled to the gas turbine. In addition, this pressurized fluidized bed combined electricity generation system has a first bypass duct communicating between the outlet side of the compressor and the exhaust gas side of the gas turbine and having a switching valve; a second bypass duct communicating between the outlet side of the compressor and the inlet side of the gas turbine and having a switching valve; and a control device which receives measured pressure values of a pressure detector which measures the pressure at the outlet of the compressor. This control device controls the switching valves of the first and second bypass ducts based on the relationship between the degree of opening of the inlet variable guide vane of the compressor which is determined in advance and a surge limiting pressure. A part of the steam generated by the pressurized fluidized bed boiler is extracted, mixed in with the exhaust gas or the above-mentioned air, and supplied to the gas turbine. Air from the compressor is supplied as fuel for the pressurized fluidized bed boiler.
