    摘要: This specification discloses an intelligent and digitalized process level interface which is referred to herein as an Intelligent Process Interface (IPI). The input of the IPI includes both analog and digital channels and therefore the IPI can be used for substations in transition or retrofit stages with both conventional and non-conventional primary devices. The IPI acts not only as a digitalized interface, but also as an intelligent supervisory and control unit for switching functions. The architecture of the IPI is flexible and allows for the functionality to be distributed to several devices.

    摘要: A method and analyzer device are provided for testing a power distribution system of a power supply network. A first electrical signal is transmitted into the power distribution system to be tested, the first electrical signal is propagated along the power distribution system to be tested, and a second electrical signal, which is a portion of the first electrical signal reflected within the power distribution system, is received. A signal variation parameter is measured between the first electrical signal and the second electrical signal, and a location of a critical conducting section within the power supply network is obtained from the measured signal variation parameter. A maximum load rating of the critical conducting section is determined, and a control signal for controlling the power supply network such that the power transferred on the critical conducting section does not exceed the maximum load rating.

    摘要: An apparatus for the detection of a current in a protection and metering current range comprises one current sensor, which generates a voltage signal, and a voltage-limited electronic element. For metering voltage signals exceeding the upper metering voltage limit of the electronic element or for protection voltage signals exceeding the upper protection voltage limit of the electronic element an attenuation element with an attenuation factor being larger than unity is electrically connected to the current sensor. The attenuation factor is chosen in such a way that the metering voltage signal divided by the attenuation factor is smaller than or equal to the upper electronic element metering voltage limit or the protection voltage signal divided by the attenuation factor is smaller than or equal to the upper electronic element protection voltage limit.
