摘要: A DCDC output voltage control method and control system for a hybrid electric vehicle are provided. The method includes: when a DCDC converter is in a buck operation mode, determining whether the vehicle is in a high power output demand state or an abnormal engine flame-out state; if so, setting the output voltage of the DCDC converter to a normal target voltage; otherwise, determining whether a low-voltage load has a charging voltage boost demand, and when the low-voltage load has the charging voltage boost demand and the power of a high-voltage battery is greater than a power threshold, setting the output voltage of the DCDC converter according to the voltage level corresponding to the charging voltage boost demand, to meet the charging demand of the low-voltage load. The fuel economy of a hybrid power assembly system can be optimized.

摘要: A clutch control method, including: determining whether a current vehicle state satisfies a condition for a clutch to enter a sliding friction state; if so, controlling the clutch to enter the sliding friction state, and determining a target sliding friction rotating speed of the clutch; determining whether the current vehicle state satisfies a condition for entering a clutch torque deviation collecting state; if so, collecting a torque deviation once and storing the torque deviation; at an end of an adjustment period, accumulating all torque deviations collected previously and taking an average value according to an accumulation number of times, so as to obtain an average torque deviation; if the average torque deviation exceeds a preset deviation threshold, recording the average torque deviation; and if the current vehicle state satisfies a condition for entering a deviation applying state, adjusting a current clutch friction coefficient according to the recorded average torque deviation.

摘要: Disclosed are a parallel start control method and system for a hybrid electric vehicle, and a hybrid electric vehicle. The parallel start control method includes: acquiring current working conditions of a clutch and a gearbox of the hybrid electric vehicle, an engine request torque of the hybrid electric vehicle and a start mode of the hybrid electric vehicle; judging whether the hybrid electric vehicle meets an over-heat protection condition according to the current working conditions of the clutch and the gearbox and determining a start basic torque according to a judging result and the engine request torque; determining a start clutch request torque based on the start basic torque according to the start mode of the hybrid electric vehicle and conducting start control on the clutch according to the start clutch request torque. The start security, responsiveness and power performance of the hybrid electric vehicle are improved.
