摘要: A clamp changing apparatus includes a coupling device capable of being secured on a robot arm and a clamp-holding device. The coupling device includes a main body defining a blind hole, a connecting portion defining a through hole communicating with the blind hole, and a piston. The connecting portion has a ring-shaped protrusion aligned with the through hole facing away from the main body. The protrusion defines a plurality of holes running through the lateral wall thereof, each of the holes receives a rigid ball in which the diameter is bigger than the depth of the hole. The piston is received in the blind hole and the through hole, and is slidable along them to push the rigid balls out of the protrusion. The clamp-holding device is capable of being fixed to a clamp and defines a latching hole corresponding to the protrusion.

摘要: An auxiliary device for a mechanical arm includes a supporting base, two reciprocating engines, a rotational plate, and four suction members. The reciprocating engine includes a cylinder and a driving rod. The cylinder is configured for driving the driving rod linearly and reciprocating along its longitudinal axis. The cylinder is rotatably fixed to the supporting base, thereby defining a first rotational axis therebetween. The driving rod is rotatably fixed to the rotational plate, thereby defining a second rotational axis therebetween. The rotational plate is also directly and rotatably fixed to the supporting base to be rotatable about a third rotational axis defined therebetween. The three rotational axes are parallel. The four suction members are fixed to the rotational plate.

The detecting device is fixed on the base, and includes a shell (110) comprising a cavity (112) therein, a probe (130) fixed in the cavity and protruding towards the through hole, and a plug (150) having a pin (152) made of conductive materials. The shell further includes an opening (118) communicating with the cavity, and a through hole (114) formed opposite to the mounting head and communicating with the cavity. The pin is connected to the probe through the opening. The circuit includes a PLC circuit (320), and a power supply (310) connected with the PLC circuit. The pin connects with one of the PLC circuit and power circuit, and the mounting head connects with the remaining one.

摘要: A pressure-induced counter includes a pressure acquisition unit, a delay unit and a counter unit. The pressure acquisition unit is electrically coupled to the counter unit via the delay unit. The pressure acquisition unit is configured for acquiring a pressure signal of an external pressure applied thereon to generate and output an original electrical signal corresponding to the pressure signal. The delay unit is configured for processing the original electrical signal outputted from the pressure acquisition unit to obtain a processed electrical signal by depressing the leading-edge jitter existing therein. The counter unit is configured for receiving the processed electrical signal transmitted from the delay unit and taking count of the received signals.
