An approach is provided for interleaving low density parity check (LDPC) encoded bits in 32APSK modulation systems. By assigning the bits determining modulation symbols based on different bit degrees, one can efficiently find the desirable tradeoff between error performance and error floor provided by the LDPC codes in use.

A consolidated procurement management system includes a server (2), and a plurality of buyer systems (4) and a plurality of supplier systems (5) connected to the server through a network (3). The server includes: a material requirement information receipt module (21) for receiving material requirement information from the buyer systems; a material requirement consolidation module (22) for calculating a total requirement quantity for each material, and generating consolidated material requirement data; a quote receipt module (25) for receiving quotes from the supplier systems; a purchase module (26) for determining one or more winning suppliers from a plurality of suppliers participating in price negotiations, and for generating purchase orders; and a purchase cost allocation module (29) for calculating purchase costs and expenses for each buyer, and for generating purchase cost allocation information. A related consolidated procurement management method is also disclosed.

Soft-closing hinge for furniture comprising a movable hinge cup coupled to a door panel, a securing member coupled to a wall panel and a hinge arm configured to couple the hinge cup to the securing member. A damper on the hinge cup acts on the hinge arm at least when the hinge is closed. A spring is disposed in the hinge. One end of the hinge arm is hinged to the hinge cup. A cross section of an end of the spring is non-circular and has a sliding member with a concave chamber disposed thereon. An end of the spring is disposed in the concave chamber. A bottom surface of the sliding member acts on a rotation portion of the hinge arm via elasticity of the spring and moves relative to the rotation portion when the hinge is opened and/or closed to generate an opening or closing force.

A three-dimension adjustable hidden furniture door hinge is designed to include a travel member that can be fixed onto the door, an adjustable member that can be fixed onto the door frame and an arm segment connects these two members, the adjustable member includes three tiers of boards, a base board in the lower tier can be fixed onto a door frame, a middle board in the middle tier that can slide up and down on top of the base board, and an adjustable board in the upper tier on top of the middle board that can slide back and forth; there are matching grooves and directional tabs formed on the boards; three cam screws are used to provide up-down, back-forth, and left-right position adjustment, there is no need to loosen up other screws, the entire adjustment process is simple, quickly and energy saving.

A method for evaluating quality inspection and system are provided. The method includes: determining an evaluation task and candidate service representatives of an evaluation process, and automatically fetching a service representative from the candidate service representatives; automatically acquiring service record data of the fetched service representative; and determining and storing a result of the evaluation process according to the obtained service record data. The system includes a task distributor (Auto Task Distribute), an automatic fetching device (AutoFetch), and an evaluation executor. Thus, a comprehensive, accurate, objective, fair, and just evaluation result is ensured.

Provided are a steam flow metering device and a metering method therefor. The device mainly comprises a mono-energetic gamma sensor (5), a Venturi-type flowmeter (6), a temperature transmitter (2), a pressure transmitter (3), a pipe connection section at the steam-inlet (1), and a pipe connection section at the steam-outlet (7), the function thereof being to measure the quantity of saturated water and saturated steam within the steam effectively and in real time. The measuring method thereof is: measuring the dryness of the saturated steam at the cross section by the mono-energetic gamma sensor (5); measuring the mass flow of the total steam by the Venturi-type flowmeter (6), and at the same time considering the potential slip (the phase velocity difference) existing in the saturated steam and the saturated water, such that the quantity of saturated steam, the quantity of saturated water and the corresponding thermal values thereof can be calculated in real time by a computer system by utilizing the method of analytical solution to the vapour/liquid annular flow slip. The vapour and the liquid phases in the steam can be directly distinguished and measured by the present measuring method. The present method is different from the conventional method of single-phase metering encryption correction, has no additional error, there is no influence from the type of flow and the phase change between the vapour and liquid, and has a higher measuring precision.
