摘要: A triboelectric power system includes a triboelectric generator, a rechargeable energy storage unit and a power management circuit. The rechargeable energy storage unit is associated to the triboelectric generator. The power management circuit is configured to receive an input current from the triboelectric generator and to deliver an output current corresponding to the input current to the rechargeable battery so that the output current has a current direction and a voltage that will recharge the rechargeable battery.

摘要: A process for separating ethanol from a mixture including ethanol and water comprises contacting the mixture with a sorbent or membrane including one or more zeolites having a high adsorption selectivity toward ethanol over water, wherein at least a fraction of the ethanol from the mixture is adsorbed by the sorbent or membrane and an unadsorbed portion of the mixture forms a raffinate having a lower concentration of ethanol than the mixture. The process further includes releasing adsorbed ethanol from the sorbent or membrane as a retentate or a permeant to produce an ethanol extract having a higher concentration of ethanol than the mixture.

The user is provided with query suggestions based on the selected text and the query suggestions are ranked based on a context provided by the document. The user may select the text by using a mouse, drawing a circle around the text on a touch screen, or by other input techniques. The query suggestions may be based on query reformulation or query expansion techniques applied to the selected text. Context provided by the document is used by a language model and/or an artificial intelligence system to rank the query suggestions in predicted order of relevance based on the selected text and the context.

摘要: The present invention is directed to the design and fabrication of a lithium-bromine rechargeable electrochemical system. The lithium-bromine fuel cell as described herein uses highly concentrated bromine catholytes of various different compositions of LiBr and Bra, representing different states of charge (SOC) associated with 11M LiBr solution by conservation of elemental bromine. The degradation of the rate-limiting component and the lithium ion conducting solid electrolyte are investigated by various characterization techniques, including scanning electron microscopy and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The results indicate that a properly designed rechargeable Li-Br fuel cell system can power long-range electric vehicles.

摘要: A process is provided for the conversion of a hydrocarbon feedstock using catalyst system comprising one or more zeolites. The zeolites have been identified to be capable of selectively catalyzing the hydroisomerization reactions of linear or slightly branched long-chain hydrocarbons. Also provided is a method for the systematic discovery of zeolite framework types that are suitable for such conversion processes, according to a set of criteria: large affinity towards linear alkanes, high adsorption selectivity of linear over branched alkanes, and low adsorption selectivity of linear alkanes of different molecular weights.
