    摘要: A blower system, including a permanent magnet motor and a wind wheel. The permanent magnet motor includes a stator assembly, a rotor assembly, and a motor controller. The rotor assembly includes a salient pole rotor including a rotor core and magnets embedded in the rotor core. The motor controller includes a microprocessor, a frequency inverter, and a sensor unit. The sensor unit inputs a phase current or phase currents, a phase voltage, and a DC bus voltage into the microprocessor. The microprocessor outputs a signal to control the frequency inverter which is connected to a winding of the stator assembly. The ratio between an air gap of the motor and the thickness of the magnets ranges from 0.03 to 0.065, and the ratio between the length of a pole arc and the length of the magnets ranges from 0.8 to 1.0.

    摘要: A brushless DC motor, including: a rotating shaft; a rotor assembly; a stator assembly; a casing; a rear cover; and a control box. The rotating shaft is connected together with the rotor assembly. The stator assembly is sleeved outside the rotor assembly. The casing is connected together with the stator assembly. The rear cover includes a rear bearing seat in the middle for receiving a rear bearing. A plurality of support legs protrudes outwards from a wall surface on the outer side of the rear bearing seat, and is supported and installed on a flanged edge folded outwards from an end surface of the casing. One end of the rotating shaft is supported on the rear bearing. The control box is installed on the casing.

    摘要: A stator assembly includes a strip stator core, a three-phase coil winding, and an end insulator. The strip stator core includes twelve stator core units, twelve connection parts, and twelve slots; every two adjacent stator core units are connected by one of the twelve connection parts; each slot is disposed between every two adjacent stator core units, and each stator core unit includes a yoke and a tooth protruding from one end of the yoke; every two adjacent teeth are abutted against each other to form one of the twelve slots. The three-phase coil winding includes a U-phase winding, a V-phase winding, and a W-phase winding. The end insulator includes a first end insulator and a second end insulator; the first end insulator includes a first coil-in pin, a second coil-in pin, a third coil-in pin, and a coil-out pin.
