    摘要: An ECM including a motor body and a motor controller. The motor body includes a stator assembly. The stator assembly includes a stator winding. The motor controller includes a control circuit board, and the control circuit board includes a power source, a microprocessor, an insulated-gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) inverter circuit, and a plurality of universal interface modules. The motor controller is configured to be connected to a main control board of a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system, to receive a command from the HVAC system, and to control the operation of the motor body based on the command. The power source is configured to supply power to each electric circuit of the motor controller. The IGBT inverter circuit includes an output terminal; the stator winding includes a coil winding; and the output terminal is connected to the coil winding.

    摘要: A DC permanent magnet synchronous motor, including: a motor body including a rotating shaft, a permanent rotor assembly, a stator assembly, and a housing assembly; a motor controller including a first microprocessor for drive control, an inverter circuit, and a detection circuit for detecting operating parameters of the motor; and an external control card including a second microprocessor for application control. The operating parameters of the motor are input into the first microprocessor by the detection circuit. The first microprocessor outputs a PWM signal to control the inverter circuit. An output end of the inverter circuit is connected to a coil winding. The external control card is disposed outside the motor body and is connected to the motor body via an electric wire. The second microprocessor and the first microprocessor are interconnected so that they can communicate.

    摘要: A multi-motor system, including a plurality of ECMs. The ECMs include a main ECM and a plurality of subordinate ECMs. A first temperature detection unit and a second temperature detection unit detect a temperature T1 and a temperature T2 at different positions, respectively; the main ECM automatically selects an operation parameter according to temperature differences between the temperature T1 and the temperature T2. The main ECM informs each subordinate ECM of the temperature T1 and the temperature T2, and each subordinate ECM selects an operation parameter according to the temperature T1 and the temperature T2.     摘要: A motor controller including a control box and a control circuit board disposed on the chamber of the control box. A control chip is disposed on the outer edge of the upper surface of the control circuit board. The outer wall of the control box is depressed inward to form a heat dissipation boss. A gap is formed between the bottom of the heat dissipation boss and the inner surface of the bottom of the chamber. The inner surface of the bottom of the chamber is provided with a plurality of supporting bosses. One outer edge of the control circuit board inserts into the gap, which enables the outer side surface of the control chip to cling to the inner side surface of the heat dissipation boss. The control circuit board is supported by upper surfaces of the supporting bosses.

    摘要: A method for controlling the start-up phase of a sensorless permanent magnet synchronous motor, the method including: 1) according to the formula T=K×Iq where T is a torque, K is a coefficient, and Iq is a current on a q-axis of a coordinate system of a motor mathematical model, based on a maximum output torque Tmax of a motor, calculating a maximum current Iq_max on the q-axis, setting the maximum current Iq_max as an upper limit of current on the q-axis, and controlling the motor to run in an open-loop control mode; and 2) when an actual running speed V of the motor reaches a first target speed V_ref1, reducing the maximum current Iq_max to a target current Iq0 on the q-axis corresponding to a target torque T0 set by users, and controlling the motor to run in a closed-loop control mode under the first target speed V_ref1.
