    摘要: A processing device of sheet mediums, in particular, a full-automatic stacking and bundling device of notes and the like. The bundling device mainly includes a sheet medium stacking mechanism, a bundling mechanism and a pinching mechanism, the bundling mechanism mainly including a paper belt looping mechanism, a hot-pressing and bonding mechanism and a paper belt cutting-off mechanism. The paper belt looping mechanism includes a guide groove for guiding the paper belt; the head and the tail of the guide groove are connected to form a conveying loop; an opening of the guide groove faces an inner side of the conveying loop; a bottom part of the guide groove is provided with a paper-belt inserting port and at least one paper-belt conveying wheel; and an opening end of a side wall of the guide groove is provided with an elastic guide piece parallel to the bottom part of the guide groove. The stacking and bundling device also includes a pressing mechanism in bundling and a leveling mechanism after bundling. The invention effectively solves the unreliability for forming the loop by the paper belts, the bundling effect is improved, and the notes are bundled tightly and level.

The lifting channel plate is disposed on the two side plates in a height-adjustable manner. The guider further comprises: a first driving device for driving the lifting channel plate to move up and down; a reversing member hinged between the two lateral channels and used for switch between the two lateral channels; and a second driving device for driving the reversing member to rotate. The guider for conveying a sheet-shaped object of the present invention simplifies the structure of the guider, and meanwhile reduces the manufacturing cost of the guider.

The bundling apparatus for sheet-type medium comprises a banknote delivery channel (11), a bundling mechanism (13) and a position switching mechanism (14), a banknote stacking position (61) formed at the end of the banknote delivery channel as well as a bundling position (62) formed corresponding to the bundling mechanism, the position switching mechanism (14) comprising a rotating power shaft (41) driven by an electric motor and at least two banknote stacking plates (51) installed evenly on the power shaft. When any banknote stacking plate is located in the banknote stacking position, a corresponding banknote stacking plate is located in the bundling position. The present invention achieves the transition between the motion of stacking and bundling the sheet-type medium, improves work efficiency and saves space.

    摘要: A DC to DC converter (50, 60, 70) that includes a switching circuit (10) responsive to a DC input, a magnetic amplifier controller (20) responsive to the switching circuit for providing an AC output, and an AC current to DC voltage rectifying circuit (30) responsive to the output of the magnetic amplifier controller for providing a DC output voltage. The magnetic amplifier controller includes a variable inductance (L1) that cooperates with the switching circuit to form a resonant DC to AC inverter (110) that provides to the magnetic amplifier controller a current whose amplitude is controlled by the variable inductance. The magnetic amplifier controller provides an approximately sinusoidal output current which is a function of the current input thereto, and the DC voltage output of the AC current to DC voltage rectifier is a proportional to the input current provided by the magnetic amplifier controller. Thus, the DC voltage output of the DC to DC converter is controlled by the control current to the magnetic amplifier controller.

    摘要: Disclosed in the present invention is a sheet-type medium stacking and guiding device, also disclosed in the present invention are a control system and a method based on the same. The device comprises: a left limiting plate (14) and/or a right limiting plate (19), which locate at the outer end of a medium passage made up of a left and a right passage plate (301, 304); a driving mechanism (25), which is in transmission connection with the limiting plates and drives the limiting plates to move along the longitudinal direction of the medium. The system comprises a central control module (901), a detection module (902), a data processing module (903), an image acquisition module (904), a storage module (905) and an execution module (906). The method comprises: identifying the species of the medium to be arranged; querying the property of the medium to be arranged, obtaining the length value of the medium; calculating and outputting the servo signal for the executing component of the driving mechanism, driving the limiting plates to move to a predetermined position along the longitudinal direction of the medium. The medium arranging range can be increased by adjusting the position of the limiting plates to meet the requirements of the stacking medium with different lengths.
