摘要: A system for charging one or more batteries of a vehicle may include a charging box mounted to a vehicle to facilitate connection to a charge coupler from under the vehicle. The charge coupler may be configured to provide an electrical connection between an electrical power source and the charging box. A vehicle including the charging box may maneuver to a position above the charge coupler, after which electrical contacts of the charging box and the charge coupler may be brought into contact with one another. The charge coupler and/or the charging box may be configured to provide electrical communication between the electrical power source and the one or more batteries, so that the electrical power source may charge one or more of the batteries. Thereafter, the electrical contacts may be separated from one another, and the vehicle may maneuver away from the charge coupler.

摘要: There is provided a method and system for vehicle security protection. The method comprises: determining, at a detector, a first sensor signal from a flex sensor in an exterior panel of a vehicle, wherein the flex sensor and detector are powered by a power supply of the vehicle, and wherein a magnitude of the first sensor signal is based on an amount of bending of the flex sensor; determining, at the detector, based on the first sensor signal, that the exterior panel of the vehicle is deformed; and outputting, from the detector, a first alert signal, wherein a first controller of the vehicle is configured to transition from a low-power state to a high-power state based at least in part on the first sensor signal.

摘要: A vehicle may comprise an actuator system. The actuator system may comprise an indicia portion (e.g., a retroreflector, etc.), a masking element that exposes the indicia portion in a first state and covers the indicia portion in a second state, and a linkage coupling the masking element to an actuator. In the case of a bidirectional vehicle, operation of the actuator may be based at least in part on a determination of the vehicle changing a direction of travel. The actuator system may cause a first set of one or more actuator systems disposed on a first end of the vehicle to transition from a first state to a second state and/or cause a second set of one or more actuator systems disposed on a second end opposite the first end of the vehicle to transition from the second state to the first state.
