    摘要: Disclosed is a primer having from 50 to 90 mass % of (A) a chlorinated polyolefin resin having a chlorine content of from 5 to 50 mass % and a weight average molecular weight of from 1,000 to 100,000, from 45 to 5 mass % of (B) a blocked polyisocyanate compound, from 45 to 5 mass % of (C) a polyol resin having a hydroxyl group value of from 30 to 120 mgKOH/g and a weight average molecular weight from 5,000 to 50,000, from 0.5 to 12 mass % of (D) a diol having a weight average molecular weight of from 120 to 1,000 and from 0.01 to 1.5 mass % of (E) a hardening catalyst, wherein the proportions are with respect to the total mass of the resin solid fraction of the (A), (B), and (C) components.
