Abstract:
Methods and systems comprising receiving travel request data; retrieving schedule data associated with the travel request data, the schedule data being further associated with a scheduled travel time; retrieving availability data associated with the travel request data, the availability data being further associated with an available travel time; generating representation data representing the schedule data and the availability data, the representation data representing the schedule data and/or the availability data differently based on a whether an itinerary complies with an organization's travel policies; and sending the representation data.
Abstract:
A computer-implemented method of distributing targeted merchant electronic messages to a merchant's remote computer, comprising: receiving traveler information at a targeting messages application; receiving merchant information at the targeted messages module; receiving merchant preference information; determining which merchants to notify by comparing the merchant information and the merchant preference information to the traveler information to determine whether any travelers that have an interest in any products or services provided by the merchants are currently near or projected to be near any of the merchants; electronically transmitting merchant electronic messages to the merchant's remote computer; auditing expense reporting information for the travelers to determine whether at least one of the travelers complete a transaction with the merchant in response to a targeting prompted by the merchant electronic messages; and in response to determining that the at least one traveler completed the transaction, charging the merchant for the merchant electronic messages the prompted the targeting.
Abstract:
A system and method comprising: receiving itinerary data from at least two sources; identifying a traveler associated with the itinerary data; and adding information about the identified traveler to the itinerary data.
Abstract:
A computer-implemented method and system of sending messages, comprising: performing processing for a person associated with receiving a request for location information for the person for an effective time; performing processing associated with receiving any travel information; performing processing associated with receiving any geolocation information; performing processing associated with receiving any expense information; performing processing associated with receiving any home or office location information; performing processing associated with receiving any current schedule/delay information for scheduled travel services; performing processing associated with determining a locations of the person using the travel information; performing processing associated with determining the location of the person using geolocation information, home/office information, expense information, or current schedule/delay information, or any combination thereof; performing processing associated with receiving information related to the location of the person using the travel information; and performing processing associated with sending a message to a device utilized by the person.
Abstract:
A method and system, comprising: a network; at least one terminal coupled to the network; and at least one server coupled to the network. The server comprises a program that comprises: retrieving travel data records corresponding to travel requests; retrieving expense data records reflecting expense transactions; comparing the expense; data records to the travel data records; and determining a likelihood that the expense data records match the travel data records.
Abstract:
Methods and systems for expense management, comprising: retrieving at least one electronic feed of charges for multiple expense receipt records directly from at least one lodging and/or transportation vendor, the at least one feed of charges including computer-readable electronic transaction data; detecting that at least one expense receipt record from the multiple expense receipt records from the at least one feed of charges is comprised of two or more line items; mapping the two or more line items to at least one transportation and/or lodging good and/or service that is chargeable to at least one account identifier, the mapping utilizing vendor expense codes and/or keyword searches; and pre-populating the at least one transportation and/or lodging good and/or service mapped to each of the two or more line items from the at least one expense receipt record in at least one expense report in at least one expense management system as two or more expense itemizations.

Abstract:
Methods and systems for expense management, comprising: automatically detecting whether a credit card line item record created from a receipt record generated by processing an electronic feed of charges has been identified as a travel expense; identifying, based on a date of a charge of the electronic feed on credit card line item records, whether any of the credit card line item records identified occurred within a time period of an existing trip; automatically assigning any credit card line item records identified as an allowable expense and occurring during the time period for the existing trip for which one existing expense report exists, to an existing expense report; and automatically creating a newly created expense report and assigning to the newly created expense report any credit card line item records identified as an allowable expense and occurring during the time period for the existing trip for which no existing expense reports exists.
Abstract:
A computer-implemented method of targeting electronic messages to travelers, comprising performing processing associated with: utilizing geographic information comprising itinerary information, to determine where the travelers are currently and/or are projected to be during a given time period; creating a list of travelers which categorizes the geographic information and/or traveler information about the travelers on the list; electronically notifying a merchant with information related to the list and the current geographic information and/or current traveler information of the travelers on the list; receiving an electronic request from the merchant to transmit an electronic targeted message to some or all of the travelers on the list; and transmitting the electronic targeted message to some or all of the travelers on the list.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a system and method for integrating travel and expense management. The present invention enables an entity to integrate not only data that matches exactly, but also determine the likelihood that data that does not match exactly nevertheless corresponds to each other. The system comprises: a network; at least one terminal coupled to the network; and at least one server coupled to the network. The server comprises a program that includes: retrieving travel data records corresponding to travel requests; retrieving expense data records reflecting expense transactions; comparing the expense data records to the travel data records; and determining a likelihood that the expense data records match the travel data records.
