    摘要: A biological body state estimation device configured such that a homeostatic function level is sorted and acquired in plural stages by using a biological signal obtained from an upper body of a person and each stage of the homeostatic function level is plotted in time series in accordance with a time axis indicated on the lateral axis and displayed as a graph by a display. A highest part on the vertical axis of the graph can be displayed as a highly active state and a lowest part as a function decline state. Therefore, a state of fluctuation due to autonomous nerves as an attempt to maintain homeostasis, progress of a feeling of fatigue, and a state stimulated by activation of the brain can be captured as a periodic function. Moreover, a sleep prediction phenomenon can be captured.

    摘要: A sheet cushioning member includes front links coupled to a front torsion bar and rear links coupled to a rear torsion bar are arranged at a predetermined interval from each other in a front and rear direction of a seat, and when a predetermined load or larger is applied, the front links and the rear links rotate in opposite directions, and dampers are disposed to extend between lower portions of the front links and the rear links. When a predetermined load fluctuation or larger occurs, the dampers expand or contract to exhibit a damping force, and a load fluctuation smaller than this does not cause the dampers to expand or contract and is alleviated by elasticity of the front torsion bar and the rear torsion bar. An impact absorbing characteristic is thereby improved with a simple structure.

    摘要: A seat suspension with a compact structure while being capable of coping with input vibrations not only in a vertical direction but in six-axis directions. Three pantograph links between a vehicle body floor side and a seat side are employed. Thus, control in six-axis directions is possible, allowing simplification compared to conventional structures. In addition to an active control mechanism using the pantograph links, the seat suspension has a compressed coil spring and the magnetic spring as a first elastic member and a second elastic member. Specifically, damping is performed with high efficiency by controlling the seat side in a reverse phase to the vehicle body floor side with respect to the input direction of vibrations by the active control mechanism and meanwhile performing damping passively by these elastic members.

    摘要: A seat structure. A reinforcing structure in a substantially rectangular frame shape is set in an area where cushion-part side frames and back-part side frames are coupled to each other via reclining mechanism parts, from vicinities of rear portions of the cushion-part side frames up to vicinities of lower portions of the back-part side frames. The reinforcing structure increases unity of a cushion frame and a back frame, and when a load is applied to the back frame due to an impact at the time of a rear-end collision or the like, the load acts as a force deforming mainly the cushion frame via the reinforcing structure, and when the body of a seated person thereafter moves rearward, the load acts as a force deforming mainly the back frame, making it possible to use not only strength of the back frame but also strength of the cushion frame.

    摘要: A neck injury is improved with a structure having a lifting mechanism part only on one side. While a lifting driving part is provided on a side of one side frame, a coupling driving rod is coupled to a rotation center of a drive gear a driving link is disposed on a side of the other side frame, and the driving link is coupled to the coupling driving rod. A driving force in the lifting driving part operates on the side of one side frame having the drive gear, but on the side of the other side frame, the driving link rotates together with the drive gear via the coupling driving rod, so as to perform a lifting or lowering operation. The shape of a virtual square coupling contact points of the driving link, the side connectors, the coupling driving rod, and the drive gear does not collapse, and thus an external input is dispersed.

    摘要: A seat suitable for sports type automobiles with a low hip point. An energy absorbing structure part provided in a cushion frame is constituted of a substantially square frame body including a front beam and a rear beam, and stringers bridged across them and provided separately from side frames. It is structured such that belt anchor attaching members are each provided between a coupling position to a vicinity of a rear portion of upper rails of sliders and a coupling position of the rear beam in the stringers. When an impact force of a predetermined value or higher is applied, the stringers deform to absorb the impact force and trusses are formed after the deformation, thereby enabling to sustain a further impact force which continues to be applied.

A left and right side frames constituting a cushion frame unit are constituted of plate-shaped frames which are long in a forward and backward direction and formed of a thin material made of metal with a predetermined thickness or less, a plurality of beams are bridged across the side frames, and moreover, one or both of the side frames is or are supported on a seat slide device via a truss support part. In other words, the side frames disposed in a direction substantially orthogonal to the plurality of beams serve the role of stringers, and as a result, rigidity in the forward and backward direction of the side frames in particular is high rigidity of a predetermined value or more even if they are made of a thin material, and they can be reduced in weight.

    摘要: A novel technique for analyzing a biological state is provided. A body trunk biological signal (aortic pulse wave) extracted from the back of a body trunk is differentiated twice. By using a resultant second derivative waveform, a waveform component of a maximum amplitude of a low frequency appearing as a result of switch of an amplitude from attenuation to amplification in transition from a contracting phase to a diastolic phase of a ventricle is specified in each period of the second derivative waveform. Inflection points are specified that appear before and after the maximum amplitude waveform component. A biological state is analyzed using information about each of the inflection points. The two inflection points obtained from a reference form of the second derivative waveform of the aortic pulse wave substantially agree in time phase with first heart sound and second heart sound (or an R wave and a T wave in an electrocardiogram) indicating the dynamic state of a cardiovascular system. This enables analysis of a biological state.

    摘要: A structural material is provided, the strength and toughness of which are well-balanced at a high level, suitable in particular for seat frames in automobiles, aircrafts and the like. Specifically disclosed is a structural material produced by integrally joining thin steel members in a part thereof and, after joining, thermally heating a part thereof so that the heat-treated part differs from the other parts in strength and toughness. Unlike a structural material, the strength of which as a whole has been uniformly improved by heat treatment, the above-described structural material consists of a part having a high strength and a part having low strength. Thus, a structural material, the strength and toughness of which are well-balanced at a high level can be obtained. Since the strength and toughness are well-balanced at a high level, the structural material is suitable particularly for seat frames in automobiles, aircrafts and the like.
