摘要: A fiber-reinforced resin composite sheet of the present invention contains: a polyamide resin film containing a dicarboxylic acid component (a) and a diamine component (b); and a plurality of reinforcing fibers laminated in a state of being oriented in the same direction on the polyamide resin film, the reinforcing fibers being obtained by opening a reinforcing fiber bundle. The dicarboxylic acid component (a) contains 60 mol % or more and 100 mol % or less of terephthalic acid. The diamine component (b) contains 60 mol % or more and 100 mol % or less of 1,9-nonanediamine and 2-methyl-1,8 octanediamine. The fiber-reinforced resin composite sheet has a volume content rate Vf of the reinforcing fibers of 20% or more and 70% or less and a thickness of 20 μm or more and 70 μm or less.

摘要: Disclosed is a process for fabricating an artificial stone molded body by mixing an inorganic filler such as alumina with a resin binder and polymerizing and curing the mixture. A high-viscosity syrup formed by preliminarily polymerizing a polyol polyallyl carbonate with an ethylenically saturated monomer is used as the resin binder and is mixed with the inorganic filler. According to this process, the polymerization is completed in a short time and the internal stress in the molded body is moderated. The molded body fabricated according to this process is excellent in Barcol hardness, pencil hardness, taper abrasion, Sharpy impact strength, flexural strength, heat resistance and chemical resistance.

摘要: A transparent resin substrate composed of a light-transmitting resin base sheet, and an underlying layer, a hard coat layer, and an antireflection coating formed sequentially on the base sheet. The antireflection coating includes a medium refractive index layer on the hard coat layer, and a low refractive index layer on the medium refractive index layer. The underlying layer is a cured product of a hexa- or higher functional urethane acrylate monomer. The hard coat layer is a cured product of a hard coat layer composition containing a polymerizable monomer containing 50% by mass or more of a tri- or lower functional urethane acrylate monomer, silica particles, a silane coupling agent, and a metal chelate compound. The medium refractive index layer is a cured product of a medium refractive index layer composition. The low refractive index layer is a particle-free cured product of a low refractive index layer composition.

摘要: A circumferentially light-emitting thermoplastic resin molded body which can be bent for use according to the type of optical ornaments or the shape of an object to be decorated and which allows the overall luminance of the emitted light to improve and restrains the luminescent color from being yellowed at the distal locations of such body with regard to the light source. The thermoplastic resin molded body has a core layer made from a thermoplastic elastomer; and a first clad layer made from a thermoplastic resin whose refractive index is smaller than the thermoplastic elastomer from which the core layer is made, in which a light diffusing agent is added to the thermoplastic elastomer from which the core layer is made and the thermoplastic resin from which the first clad layer is made respectively; and the total light transmittance of the first clad layer is defined as less than 70%.
