摘要: A method for calibrating a first clock signal output by an oscillation module to obtain a calibrated second clock signal includes obtaining a first count value by counting a third clock signal of an external device. A second count value is obtained by counting a scan signal of the oscillation module, and a first cycle ratio is obtained based on the first count value and the second count value. It is determined whether the first clock signal has a frequency deviation by comparing the first cycle ratio with a reference cycle ratio. A frequency division coefficient of the oscillation module is adjusted when the first clock signal has the frequency deviation, so that the oscillation module divides a frequency of the first clock signal according to the adjusted frequency division coefficient, thereby obtaining the calibrated second clock signal.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a voltage reference source circuit for generating a reference voltage, the voltage reference source circuit comprises a starting circuit, a current generating circuit, and an output voltage reference circuit electrically connected in sequence. The starting circuit provides a starting voltage for the voltage reference source circuit to prevent the voltage reference source circuit from operating in zero state area. The current generating circuit generates a working current for the output voltage reference circuit; and the output voltage reference circuit is used to realize the reference voltage output with zero temperature coefficient according to the working current output by the current generating circuit. A low power consumption power supply system is also disclosed. The voltage reference source circuit and the low power consumption power supply system with the voltage reference source circuit have simple circuit structure, strong anti-noise ability, high stability and high performance.

摘要: A gate driving circuit for a charge pump with slowed rates of current change for reduced EMI emissions includes at least one gate driving sub-circuit. Each gate driving sub-circuit includes a first current mirror, a first PMOS transistor, a first NMOS transistor, and a second current mirror. Gates of the first PMOS transistor and the first NMOS transistor receive a clock signal. Drains of the first PMOS transistor and the first NMOS transistor output a driving signal. When the first PMOS transistor is turned on, the first current mirror provides a charging current. When the first NMOS transistor is turned on, the second current mirror provides a discharge current.

摘要: A level shift circuit converts input signals in a first voltage domain into output signals in a second voltage domain. The level shift circuit includes a first voltage domain circuit, a middle voltage domain circuit, and a second voltage domain circuit. The middle voltage domain circuit convert the signals in the first voltage domain received by the first voltage domain circuit into signals in a middle voltage domain. The second voltage domain circuit converts the signals in the middle voltage domain into signals in the second voltage domain and outputs the converted signals. The signals in the middle voltage domain are partly different from the signals in the first voltage domain and the second voltage domain.
