Abstract: There are provided a plurality of drive circuits (103 U, 103 L) for driving respective plural switching devices constituting upper arms and lower arms, a power supply circuit for supplying a power supply to the plurality of drive circuits, and a discharge circuit for discharging a capacitor. The power supply circuit includes a first transformer (201U) for the upper arms, and a second transformer (201L) for the lower arms, which include a primary winding connected in parallel to a DC power supply. The first transformer and the second transformer include a secondary winding for supplying a power supply to the drive circuits and for supplying a power supply to a low-voltage circuit (110). Each of the first transformer and the second transformer includes a feedback winding for outputting the voltage output to the drive circuits, to a power supply control IC. The discharge circuit (120) is driven by a power supply supplied from the feedback winding.

Abstract: In this semiconductor device and the inverter provided with the semiconductor device, an upper arm semiconductor element on a positive electrode wiring plate and an AC wiring plate are connected to each other by a first wiring member, and a lower arm semiconductor element on the AC wiring plate and a negative electrode wiring plate are connected to each other by a second wiring member. The AC wiring plate has: a first region to which the first wiring member is to be connected; a second region in which the lower arm semiconductor element is to be provided; and a connection region that connects these two regions. The connection region is positioned opposite positive-electrode/negative-electrode terminals with a region in between where the first and second wiring members are used, and the placement order is as follows: the positive electrode wiring plate, the negative electrode wiring plate, the first region, and the second region.

Abstract: In some examples, a service computing device receives, from a vehicle computing device onboard a vehicle, a communication including sensor data obtained from at least one sensor onboard the vehicle. Based on the communication, the service computing device determines a transmission delay corresponding to a difference between a time when the vehicle sent the communication and a time when the communication was received. Based on the communication, the service computing device determines a trajectory of the vehicle on a travel route. Based on the sensor data, transmission delay, wind direction and magnitude, surrounding objects, and trajectory, the service computing device determines vehicle control information for the vehicle. The service computing device sends, to the vehicle, based at least on the vehicle control information, at least one instruction causing the vehicle to perform at least one control operation for traversing one or more locations associated with the trajectory of the vehicle.

Abstract: A system comprising at least one hardware processor for updating a cloud-based road anomaly database is disclosed, wherein the system receives information from a vehicle regarding an object detected by one or more sensors of the vehicle, the information may include a location and/or a size of the detected object; compares the location and/or the size of the first detected object against data stored in a road feature database regarding the first detected object; determines, based on comparing the location and/or the size, an accuracy score associated with the first detected object and the second detected object; and updates the cloud-based road anomaly database with the received information for the second detected object based on the associated accuracy score being higher than at least one of a threshold accuracy score or an accuracy score associated with corresponding object information stored in the cloud-based road anomaly database.

Abstract: In a gate drive circuit, a first and second gate drives IC includes an INA terminal and an INB terminal to which a PWM signal is input, a gate output terminal that outputs a gate drive signal, and an OSFB terminal that outputs a feedback signal of the gate drive signal, and they are configured to output a gate drive signal in an ON state when the input of the INA terminal and the INB terminal is (ON, OFF). The second diode includes a cathode side connected to the INB terminal of the first gate drive IC and an anode side connected to the OSFB terminal of the second gate drive IC.

Abstract: A signal transmission circuit includes: a circuit board stored in a housing; a connector which is mounted on the circuit board and includes a first signal terminal and a first ground terminal; and an integrated circuit which is mounted on the circuit board and includes a second signal terminal and a second ground terminal. The first signal terminal and the second signal terminal are connected to each other by a signal wiring arranged on the circuit board. The first around terminal and the second ground terminal are connected to each other by a ground wiring arranged in a predetermined range including a portion immediately above or immediately below the signal wiring in the circuit board. At least a part of the ground wiring immediately above or immediately below the signal wiring has a high impedance structure formed to be wider than the signal wiring and narrower than a combined width of the first signal terminal and the first ground terminal.

Abstract: In a drive circuit of a voltage-driven power semiconductor switching element, a drive circuit capable of performing efficient switching control according to a drive condition with a relatively simple configuration is provided. The drive circuit includes the voltage-driven switching element, an on-circuit that injects a charge into a gate of the voltage-driven switching element in response to a drive signal, and an off-circuit that extracts the charge from the gate of the voltage-driven switching element in response to a drive signal. In the drive circuit, the injection of the charge into the gate of the voltage-driven switching element or the extraction of the charge from the gate by pulse driving of the on-circuit or the off-circuit, and switching time of the voltage-driven switching element is controlled.

Abstract: A steering operation control apparatus and steering operation control method capable of suppressing an unintended rotation of a steering wheel with a simple configuration. The steering operation control apparatus includes a steering control portion configured to control a steering actuator configured to operate a steering mechanism configured to drive a steering target wheel, and a reaction force control portion coupled with a steering wheel and configured to control a reaction force actuator configured to provide a reaction force. The reaction force control portion has a function of outputting a stop position maintaining signal required for the reaction force actuator to maintain a present position of the steering wheel to the reaction force actuator when a driver is detected to get out of or get into a vehicle. This aspect just feeds the stop position maintaining signal for maintaining the present position of the steering wheel to the reaction force actuator.
