    摘要: A compressed air drying system is provided for removing moisture from compressed air. The drying system is a modular system with multiple drying units arranged parallel to each other. The drying units cool the compressed air and remove moisture from the compressed air. In order to limit the number of drying units used during low demand periods, a separate air valve is included for each drying unit to control the flow of compressed air through the respective drying units.

The lugs may all be arranged to one side of a plane that passes through the axis. The power tool may further comprise at least three electrical wires, where each of the electrical wires is removably coupled to one of the lugs, and a control circuit configured to supply electrical power to the windings, via the electrical wires and the lugs, to drive rotation of the rotor about the axis.

    摘要: An air compressor system useful for supplying a stream of compressed air for an end user is disclosed which includes a refrigerated dryer useful to remove moisture and harvest it from the compressed air. The refrigerated dryer includes an evaporator and a condenser, where the evaporator is useful to produce the moisture from the compressed air. The air compressor system includes an expansion tank which collects the harvested moisture from the evaporator and a supply line from a utility water supply, both of which can be used to provide liquid to a condenser of the dryer. A valve is used to bring together either or both of the condensate from the expansion tank and water from the utility water supply. The valve includes an outlet that provides liquid to a condenser of the dryer.

    摘要: An impact tool of the present disclosure provides an impact mechanism having a hammer and an anvil, the hammer being rotatable about a first axis and to periodically impact the anvil to drive rotation of the anvil about the first axis. The electric motor includes a plurality of pole pairs of windings and a rotor that is rotatable with respect to consecutively energized pole pairs of windings. No encoder or sensor is electronically coupled to the electric motor to detect a position of at least one magnet attached to the rotor with respect to at least one pole pair when the rotor is in a stopped condition. When the rotor is in the stopped condition, the motor controller energizes the at least one pole pair to initiate rotation and detect a back EMF generated by movement of the rotor without a sensor or encoder to indicate the predetermined location of the at least one magnet attached to the rotor with respect to the at least one pole pair.

    摘要: The present disclosure provides a system including an oil flooded compressor operable for compressing a working fluid. A dehumidifier is positioned upstream of the compressor to reduce the humidity of working fluid entering the compressor and to cool oil while regenerating the dehumidifier. A heat exchanger positioned upstream of the compressor includes passageways for oil and compressible working fluid to be transported in a heat transfer relationship therethrough such that the temperature of the oil is reduced within the heat exchanger. A control system including an electronic controller is operable for controlling an inlet temperature of the oil entering the compressor, controlling an inlet temperature and humidity of working fluid entering the compressor and a discharge temperature of the working fluid exiting the compressor.
