A method for decoding an image signal according to an embodiment of the present disclosure comprises the steps of: determining a non-separable transform set index indicating a non-separable transform set used for a non-separable transform of a current block from among non-separable transform sets predefined on the basis of an intra-prediction mode of the current block; determining. as a non-separable transform matrix, a transform kernel indicated by a non-separable transform index for the current block from among transform kernels included in the non-separable transform set indicated by the non-separable transform set index; and applying the non-separable transform matrix to an upper left region which of the current block, which is determined according to the width and height of the current block, wherein each of the predefined non-separable transform sets includes two transform kernels.

    摘要: A washing machine is provided. The washing machine controls a dehydration rotation speed by detecting a phase difference between a ball balancer and the laundry. Further, the washing machine controls a dehydration rotation speed at a dehydration segment based on a dehydration rotation speed of a driving device. Thereby, the washing machine minimizes energy using in a dehydration process by accelerating the dehydration rotation speed at a point at which a phase difference between the ball balancer and the laundry is a maximum. Further, by accelerating the dehydration rotation speed at a point at which the phase difference is a maximum, a vibration of the washing machine is remarkably reduced.

    摘要: An oil feeding apparatus for a reciprocating compressor comprises: a frame unit; an oil cylinder positioned at a lower portion of the frame unit and vibrating together with the frame unit; an oil flow passage formed in the frame unit to be communicated with the oil cylinder; an oil valve placed at the frame unit, for opening/closing the oil flow passage; an oil piston movably-inserted in the oil cylinder; and springs for elastically supporting the oil piston, wherein the frame unit and the oil cylinder are integrally formed with each other. According to this, components therefor can be simplified, a distortion of the components during an assembling process can be prevented, and an oil leakage and an oil contamination can be also effectively prevented.
