    摘要: A method and a wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) are disclosed. The WTRU comprises a transceiver and a processor. The WTRU receives a radio resource control (RRC) message, wherein the RRC message indicates a resource block, the resource block including a plurality of locations indicating time-frequency orthogonal frequency division multiplex (OFDM) resource assignments for a plurality of WTRUs including the WTRU. The WTRU analyzes assignment messages for a subset of the plurality of locations within the indicated resource block, and transmits an uplink signal based on one or more of the analyzed assignment messages that are for the WTRU.

    摘要: A method and a base station are disclosed. The base station includes a receiver and a transmitter. The base station transmits, to a primary downlink cell, a first scheduling assignment for a first uplink transmission and receives first data in the first uplink transmission to at least a primary uplink cell using a first hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process. The base station transmits, to the primary downlink cell, a second scheduling assignment indicating, the second scheduling assignment indicating a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process identification of the first HARQ process, a modulation and coding set (MCS), and a transmission time opportunity; and receives the first data in a second uplink transmission using the first HARQ process, the MCS, and the transmission time opportunity, wherein the first data is received in a transmission based on the HARQ process identification.

The second base station is configured to receive the WTRU capability information from the network node and transmit configuration information based on the WTRU capability information to the WTRU so that the WTRU can be configured to establish communications with the second base station using the configuration information.

The apparatus transmits a data packet via a primary cell and a non-primary cell, the primary cell and the non-primary cell, wherein the data packet is sent via the primary cell and the non-primary cell over an enhanced uplink (EU) channel. On a condition that the transmitted data packet is not successfully decoded by the primary cell and also not successfully decoded by the non-primary cell, the apparatus receives a negative acknowledgement (NACK) signal from the primary cell and not receiving the NACK signal from the non-primary cell and retransmits the data packet in response to receiving the NACK signal from the primary cell even though the NACK signal was not received from the non-primary cell.
