    摘要： Disclosed is a linear cutting stapler comprising an upper jaw and a lower jaw capable of being closed or open relative to each other. Said upper jaw includes an anvil and said lower jaw includes a staple cartridge frame. The proximal end of said anvil is provided with a positioning pin, and the proximal end of said staple cartridge frame is configured with a pin slot; or, the proximal end of said staple cartridge frame is provided with a positioning pin, and the proximal end of said anvil is configured with a pin slot. Wherein, said pin slot comprises a first slot position and a second slot position which are engaged with said positioning pin, and, said first slot position and said second slot position are partially combined and arranged in an angle with each other. When said upper jaw and said lower jaw rotate from closed state to open state with said positioning pin as a support shaft, said positioning pin actively rotates from said first slot position to said second slot position in which it gets stuck. While the upper jaw and the lower jaw are closed, the positioning pin is engaged with the first slot position to locate the upper jaw and the lower jaw related to each other. After the upper jaw and the lower jaw are open, the positioning pin gets stuck in the second slot position, by this time the operator can lift up the whole stapler by holding upper jaw or lower jaw, which is convenient for re-locating the tissue and simplifies the operations.

In this way, the direction of force received by the staple pushers is identical with the extending direction of cartridge holes during the staple pushers being pushed in the cartridge holes, thus the staple pushers will not get too large friction from the inner wall of cartridge holes and then can be pushed more smoothly, which reduces the difficulty of operation.

    摘要： A stapling head assembly includes a cartridge support having a proximal end, a connecting tube, a cutter pushing rod, and a lockout mechanism. The tube includes a distal end connected to the proximal end. The rod is movably set inside the tube. The mechanism is connected to the tube, and includes a pressing block and a pushing block. The pressing block is used to lock the proximal end to prevent the rod from moving before the assembly is used. The pressing block is rotatable between a first position and a second position relative to the tube. The pushing block is used to push the pressing block to rotate from the first position towards the second position. The pushing block is located at one side of the pressing block, and is movable between a third position and a fourth position relative to the tube along a longitudinal direction.

    摘要： An introducer accessory for being fitted with a circular stapler, the circular stapler comprising an anvil assembly and a staple cartridge assembly, the staple cartridge assembly including a staple cylinder (1) and a staple cartridge (2) being mutually fixed, wherein the introducer accessory at least comprises a sleeve portion (4) sleeved around a distal end of the circular stapler and an introducing portion (6) disposed at a distal end of the sleeve portion (4); a maximum outer diameter of the introducing portion (6) is equal to a minimum outer diameter of the sleeve portion (4); the introducing portion (6) is a spiral member, one end of a spiral wire of the spiral member is connected with a traction member and the other end is connected with the sleeve portion. A part of the introducer accessory or the whole introducer accessory can be pulled out from the circular stapler in one piece in the form of a strip. The introducer accessory can be directly sleeved around the outside of the circular stapler during surgery, no additional component is required to be assembled on the circular stapler.
