摘要： A tine for mounting on a rotatable shaft of soil aeration and cultivation equipment, comprising: mounting means at an attachment end of the tine; a tip at a ground-engaging end of the tine opposite the attachment end; leading and trailing convex curvilinear edges disposed opposite each other and converging toward the attachment end and the tip; and bevelled sections on each of the leading and trailing convex curvilinear edges. The unique shape of the tine has been found to create a wider range of soil disturbance than is the case with conventional straight-edge tines, requires less material to manufacture, and penetrates the ground surface more easily than conventional straight-edge tines due to the convex leading edge.

摘要： An apparatus for high volume in-situ treatment of contaminated soil is a mobile vehicle with a chain trenching tool an excavator drums attached to the idler wheel to extend the width of soil cutting and increase the volume of soil being churned and treated in-situ. The drums may be arranged both for clock-wise and counter clock-wise rotation, and oriented to provide vertical lifting and swirling of the soil. The apparatus may include a hood disposed over the cutting drums to define a remediation chamber with ports for injecting high temperature air or chemical or biological remediation fluid into the soil. In a preferred embodiment, the hood has internal partitions that create a vapor recovery chamber outboard of the drums.

摘要： A rotary tiling device has a cutting device having a plurality of cutters each of which is mounted on a supporting member at a base end thereof in such a manner that the cutter is rotatable about a first center. The cutter has a vertical portion and a lateral portion at an end of the vertical portion and has edges on both sides of the vertical and lateral portions. The base end has an arcuated periphery about a second center. The first center is offset from the second center, so that in grass cutting operation, the arcuated periphery is positioned in a position which is further outward than its position in the soil cutting operation.

摘要： Cultivating tines, each having opposite cutting edge portions, are pivotably supported by mount brackets on a tine shaft reversibly rotatable about a horizontal lateral axis. One of the edge portions of each tine is positionable in a position rearward with respect to the direction of forward rotation, while the other edge portion is positionable in a position rearward with respect to the direction of reverse rotation. The edge portions differ in upstanding posture when positioned for rotation in the intended direction. The curved edge line of the reverse-rotation edge portion is more upstanding than that of the forward-rotation edge portion when coming into contact with the ground.
