    摘要： A harvester reel for an agricultural harvester header includes a central rotatable shaft; a plurality of reel tine bars and a cam assembly for guiding rotation of the plurality of reel tine bars. The reel tine bars extend widthwise across the reel and are connected to the central rotatable shaft for rotation therewith. Each of the plurality of reel tine bars include a tine. The cam assembly includes a cam and a diverter adjacent the cam. The diverter is movable between a disengaged position, in which the cam does not guide rotation of the tine bars, and an engaged position, in which the cam does guide rotation of the tine bars. The diverter is biased toward the engaged position.

    摘要： A crop harvesting header including a pickup reel mounted for rotation about a reel axis is disclosed and includes a plurality of reel bats peripherally disposed on the reel each having a plurality of outwardly extending fingers and being rotatable about a bat axis. A cam track adjacent to and surrounding the reel axis is immobilized w.r.t. the header and includes a cam surface and a guide surface. A linkage associated with each reel bat has first and second spaced apart cam followers that engage the cam surface at respective points of contact. The cam surface causes displacement of the linkage while traversing the cam track during rotation of the reel, the linkage being coupled to cause rotation of the reel bat about the bat axis for changing an angle of attack of the fingers. A guide follower disposed for engagement of the guide surface at a third point of contact between the first and second points of contact has an offset between the guide surface and the cam surface along the cam track selected to cause each of the first and second cam followers to maintain contact with the cam surface and the guide follower to maintain contact with the guide surface while traversing the cam track.

    摘要： A modular gathering platform for grain harvesters is provided for coupling to the front of a grain harvester or processor which can gather plants previously prepared in one or more rows by at least one central belt conveyor with functional side by side coupling to other equal harvesting conveyor belts. The platform includes a transversal mounting structure having an internal opening, at least one central harvesting conveyor belt having front and rear extremities and two side couplings, additional harvesting conveyor belts coupled to the sides of the central belt, an anti-jamming roll and a rotating guiding roll. The central harvesting conveyor belt and additional side harvesting conveyor belts, the anti-jamming rolls, and the guiding roll are synchronized by an actuation assembly, and the guiding roll moves the harvested plants towards the exit. The platform advantageously allows for the gathering of a crop that has been prepared in rows.

    摘要： A harvesting header bat having a channel for removably receiving alternating quick-release fingers and spacers is provided. The spacers are capable of production in different lengths to support different applications of the harvesting header. The quick-release finger is provided with projections configured for mating with flanges at the channel opening, enabling the finger to be inserted into the channel in a first orientation and then rotated into a second orientation to engage the flanges and releasably lock the finger in place. The spacers are also configured to engage the flanges of the channel and may be provided in different lengths where a particular harvesting header application requires a certain distance between fingers on the bat.
