摘要： A collapsible desk assembly for selectively deflecting bullets includes a set of first legs that are selectively positioned on a support surface. A set of second legs is provided and the second legs are selectively positioned on the support surface. A seat is movably coupled to the set of second legs for sitting. A table is pivotally coupled between each of the set of first legs and the set of second legs. Moreover, the table is horizontally oriented when the set of second legs is positioned in the deployed position to define a work surface. The table is comprised of a bullet resistant material and the table is vertically oriented when the set of second legs is positioned in the folded position. In this way the table is positioned to deflect a bullet.

摘要： A portable desk apparatus that allows a user to enjoy a complete office experience is provided for. In a preferred embodiment, the portable desk is comprised of a separably attached desk portion and seat portion. The desk portion is preferably constructed out of a desk member, a slip light, a foldable cup holder, a desk support member, a desk attachment mechanism, a desk extension member, and at least one ground support member. The chair portion is preferably constructed out of a seat member, two pairs of legs equipped with two support members, and a foldable seat back member. The entire apparatus may be collapsed for each transportation or storage, and may be extended to be used as an office.

摘要： A portable standing desk accessory that can attach to the top of any standard office chair or other type of chair. The desk assembly includes a flat desk member, a first and second support member and a retaining bracket. The first and second support members are hingedly attached to each other at one end respectively. The first support member is hingedly attached to the underside of the desk member and ends up residing on the front surface of the office chair back when in use. The second support member forms a triangular structure by attaching the free end to a retaining bracket mounted to the underside of the desk top. A flexible strap can further retain the first support member to the chair back. In the preferred embodiment, a phone holder pocket is inserted into a cutout area of the desk member.

In particular, the table includes a gas cylinder that provides a force tending to extend the cylinder to assist in folding the table into a storage position, the cylinder providing substantially no force to resist rapid extension thereof. Preferably, a mobile folding table according to the present invention also includes a stabilizing mechanism including center bench legs attached to a center leg structure that is maintained substantially upright whether the table is in an unfolded use configuration, in a mobile folded storage configuration, or in the process of being folded or unfolded. In this manner, the attached benches are prevented from freely tipping when the table is being folded or moved.

The workstation has a main leg pivotably connected to a pair of legs. An umbrella can be connected to the workstation in the folded condition of the workstation, and can be opened and adjustably positioned in the unfolded condition of the workstation. While outside, a user may need protection from the elements, such as from the sun, rain, sleet, or even snow, and can deploy the umbrella. Additionally, the umbrella can serve to prevent glare from electronic devices by shielding them from direct sunlight. A flashlight assembly can be plugged into the cane handle in a fixed orientation to provide light to the workstation table/tray when turned on.
