A paper product dispenser comprising a housing comprising a product holding area configured to hold a roll; a rotating member configured to rotate, in a first direction, in response to rotation of the roll; a cutting surface in the housing; a cutting blade coupled to the rotating member and having a first position, and a second position in which the cutting blade is in contact with the cutting surface, wherein the rotating member is configured to (i) move the cutting blade from the first position to the second position during a first portion of a rotation cycle of the roll in the first direction and (ii) move the cutting blade from the second position to the first position during a second portion of the rotation cycle of the roll in the first direction.

摘要： A wiping material dispenser in the form of a spool from which the material can be unwound in a strip. The dispenser includes a housing and a cutting system for cutting the strip pulled manually by a user. The cutting system includes a flexible blade and at least one tooth mounted on a front side of the housing. The flexible blade includes at least one slot positioned opposite the at least one tooth. The flexible blade can be deformed under the pressure of the strip, when a user pulls on the strip from the front side of the housing, so that the at least one tooth protrudes through the at least one slot, comes into contact with the strip pressed onto the flexible blade and tears the strip at a pre-cut line.

摘要： A resistance mechanism for a sheet product dispenser for dispensing a length of sheet product from a roll of sheet product rotatably supported by the sheet product dispenser is provided. The resistance mechanism includes an arm configured to frictionally engage a surface of the roll of sheet product, and a spring attached to the arm and configured to bias the arm into engagement with the surface of the roll of sheet product, such that the resistance mechanism provides a pull force resistance opposing a pull force applied to a tail portion of the roll of sheet product.

The dispenser includes a feed roller that is rotatably mounted to a housing of the dispenser housing, and that is configured to feed a predetermined amount of sheet material from the supply of sheet material through a discharge provided along the housing of the dispenser. The dispenser also has a feed roller drive assembly with a drive motor, and a belt transmission assembly. The belt transmission assembly has a drive belt coupled to the drive motor and to the feed roller such that rotation of the feed roller is driven by operation of the drive motor.

摘要： A dispenser for web of absorbent paper, tissue or nonwoven material in the form of a roll is provided. The dispenser has a housing with a first dispensing opening for the web and a drive roller extending along a longitudinal axis. The drive roller is arranged in the housing in, or at, the first dispensing opening. The roll is arranged to abut the drive roller to be frictionally engaged with the drive roller. The dispenser has a feeding mechanism for rotating the roll to feed the web in a direction from the roll towards the first dispensing opening. The feeding mechanism has a bar extending at least partially along the drive roller. When the bar is pushed from a start position to rotate about the pivot axis, the drive roller and the roll are caused to rotate. The bar is biased towards the start position.

摘要： A dispensing unit and a dispenser are provided. The dispenser is adapted for the use with continuous web material. The dispensing unit includes a first roller arranged to rotate about a first axis and a second roller arranged to rotate about a second axis. A web path is provided through the dispensing unit and a portion of the web path consists of a web passage defined between the first roller and the second roller. A drive mechanism engages with at least one of the first roller and the second roller for feeding web material through the web passage. The drive mechanism comprises a feeding ring rotatably suspended in the dispensing unit. The feeding ring extends around the web path.

摘要： A dispenser for web of absorbent paper, tissue or nonwoven material is provided. The dispenser has a housing with a holder arrangement for receiving the roll, the holder arrangement providing a roll rotational axis about which the roll is arranged to rotate when dispensing the web. The dispenser has a drive roller extending in a direction substantially parallel to the roll rotational axis. The dispenser has an engaging roller extending substantially parallel to the drive roller. The drive roller and the engaging roller are arranged so as to define a dispensing passage therebetween for the web. The roll of web is arranged to be biased against the drive roller. The drive roller is arranged such that a dispensing end of the web is adapted to be led from the roll over the drive roller through the dispensing passage and to frictionally engage with the drive roller and the engaging roller.

摘要： A method of grounding a dispenser. A low impedance path is connected to elements internal to the dispenser. The low impedance path is also connected to a surface contact spring which is adapted to contact an external mounting surface when the dispenser is affixed thereto. Static electrical charge accumulated on the elements is discharged through the low impedance path and the surface contact spring to the external mounting surface.
