    摘要： A metering device for metering powdery or solid-like media such as detergents or disinfectants and for supplying the media in a dissolved state to a washing or cleaning system, including a support, in particular a cartridge support, to which a container, in particular a cartridge, with a powdery or solid-like medium can be attached. The support or the container includes a grid which prevents the medium from exiting the container. A spray nozzle controlled by a controller of the metering device dispenses water for solvating the medium. The medium dissolved in water and passing through the grid can be supplied to the washing or cleaning system via a supply device. The metering device also has a switching device that can be activated by the controller and has at least two different switching states for operating the spray nozzle in different operating modes.

The dispensing chamber is separate from the loading chamber within the housing assembly. The dispensing apparatus includes a corkscrew coil rotatably mounted in the loading chamber of the housing. A motor is coupled to the corkscrew coil. Additionally, there is a first door positioned at a first opening defined by the housing assembly at the loading chamber. The first door is configured to selectively open and close the first opening. A second door positioned at a second opening is defined by the housing assembly at the chute. The second door is configured to selectively open and close the second opening.

    摘要： Dispensing techniques utilize existing fluid to dispense a solid block of chemical product concentrate. The solid chemical product concentrate may include, for example, detergents, disinfectants, sanitizers, rinse agents, or other cleaning agents. The dispenser monitors and controls the concentration of the chemical product in a use solution. When the concentration of the use solution falls outside of a target range, the dispenser routes existing fluid from within the system to the dispenser, where it interacts with and dispense a solid chemical product concentrate, thus raising the concentration of the chemical product in the use solution. In a dishmachine application, the existing fluid may include post wash or rinse fluid from the dishmachine, or may include use solution from a sump, tank, or other use solution storage container.

    摘要： A cast solid product dispenser for controlling the inputs and operating parameters of dissolution of a cast solid product is disclosed. The dispenser (10) includes a housing (12) having a cavity (18) for removably receiving a container (14) holding a cast solid product. The dispenser (10) includes means for controlling the temperature and pressure of liquid used for dissolution of the cast solid product. The dispenser (10) also includes a pedestal (20) for maintaining a constant distance between the surface of the product and a nozzle (48) during dissolution. The dissolution cycle includes a pulse of spray generally followed by a delay to allow liquid used in the dissolution process to adjust to a desired temperature. A pressure regulator (42) adjusts the pressure variation between various liquid sources so both the pressure and temperature of liquid used in the dissolution process is generally constant.
