    Abstract: An exercise device includes an elongate guide having a longitudinal dimension between spaced apart ends. A pair of foot supports are slidably mounted on, and relative to the elongate guide. A body engaging member is adjacent a side edge of the elongate guide and is engageable by an individual using the device. A linkage system is connected to the pair of foot supports and to the body engaging member through rotatable connections, with the rotatable connections permitting interconnected movement of the body engaging member and foot supports in the same longitudinal direction along the longitudinal dimension of the elongate guide. Preferably, an adjustable rail also is provided by a pair of rotatably mounted arms.

    Abstract: A seat adjustment structure for an exercise machine includes a T-shaped pipe, a sliding pipe, a locking member, and a connecting rod. The T-shaped pipe includes a transverse rod and an upright rod which are connected with each other. The transverse rod has an axial hole. The transverse rod has an elongated groove which is axially disposed along the transverse rod and extends to one of two ends of the transverse rod to form a notch. The sliding pipe slides from the notch into the transverse rod. The sliding pipe has a plurality of fixing holes. The locking member is disposed on the transverse rod and inserted in the axial hole, and can be engaged in any one of the fixing holes. Through the notch, the sliding pipe can be transversely inserted into the axial hole and accommodated in the transverse rod. The assembly operation is easy and simple.

    Abstract: An exercise device for use by persons with limited strength or mobility includes a a frame member situated in an interior area of a body member. First and second upper appendages are coupled to and extend away from upper left right regions of the body member. First and second lower appendages are coupled to and extend away from lower left right regions of the body member. A top appendage may extend away from a top region of the body member. A tension member, such as a tension spring, is situated inside each appendage and is configured to be selectively bent, extended, or otherwise manipulated and is resilient to return to an unbent and retracted configuration. Movement of respective tension members enables a person to exercise, experience the touch sensation, and have feelings of pleasure and enjoyment. A magnet attached to the frame member attracts other magnetic or metal items.
