    摘要: The present disclosure relates a fake head assembly including a fake head body having an engage face, a first vacuum suction hole configured to be connected to an evacuating device to perform an evacuation, an adsorption portion having an adsorption surface, a plurality of first vacuum holes inside the fake head body, each first vacuum hole including a first end on the adsorption surface and a second end on the engage face, the plurality of first vacuum holes being arranged in order in a first direction of the fake head assembly; a shunt device detachably connected to the fake head body, the shunt device having a plurality of evacuating slots which extend in the first direction and have different extension lengths; the first vacuum suction hole being closable by the shunt device and selectively communicated with one evacuating slot, so as to be communicated the second end of at least some of the first vacuum holes via the one evacuating slot; and a connecting device for connecting the shunt device to the engage surface of the fake head body.

    摘要: A pressure swing adsorption (PSA) system using two or more valves for controlling the flow of gases entering or exiting a bed of adsorbents is disclosed, where the two or more valves are opened sequentially (i.e., in at least two actions separated by a delay in time). The sequential opening of the valves may increase the degree to which adsorbed species are purged from the bed, and also facilitates more rapid execution of certain time steps of the PSA cycle, thus increasing adsorbent productivity The sequential opening of the valves may also allow for verification of valve operation by measuring either the absolute value, the slope (derivative) or the rate of change of derivative of the pressure, either in the adsorbent bed, in the downstream manifold, or in a volume of gas held in a buffer vessel.

    摘要: A pressure swing adsorption apparatus for treatment of gases is disclosed. It includes a main inlet for receiving a flow of gas and one or more adsorption columns containing adsorption material. The columns are connected by a channel and the channel has an annular recess therein to receive a valve. The valve includes a support member formed from a pair of truncated cones and having slots extending therethrough. The valve also has a tubular membrane that surrounds the support member and is movable, in response to pneumatic pressure applied to the membrane, between a first position in which the membrane does not block the slots thereby allowing the gases to flow and a second position in which the membrane blocks the slots thereby preventing said gases from flowing through the valve.
