摘要： In some examples, a medical dispensing device includes a housing and a trigger. A first engager of the device is configured to move axially as the trigger pivots. As the first engager moves, it engages a rod. A maximum proximal position of the rod is defined by a stop. A spring presses the first engager into the trigger such that either the trigger or the first engager rests against a stop limiting rotation of the trigger. A second engager moves axially as the trigger pivots. At the actuated position the second engager, defined by a stop, the second engager limits proximal movement of the rod. An assembly transfers movement of the trigger to the second engager after the trigger has pivoted a threshold amount. A member of the assembly distally moves the second engager. Until it is at the actuated position, the second engager enables the rod to proximally move.

摘要： The present invention relates to a caulking gun for dispensing viscous material comprising a stock a cartridge keep a push rod longitudinally moveably mounted in the stock provided at its one end with a plunger which engages the piston of a cartridge placed in the cartridge keep, means for engaging the push rod to advance it, brake means hinged to the stock and provided with a clearance hole for engaging the push rod such that the push rod is moveable in a direction advancing the push rod towards the cartridge and is held in a direction retreating the push rod from the cartridge, which brake means are arranged to travel to a first position relative to the stock as the push rod advances and to a second position as the push rod retreats thereby defining the retreat of the push rod, the brake means being inclined relative to the axis of the push rod and adjusting means for varying the retreat of the push rod. In order to provide an adjustable caulking gun with at least two different levels of retreat of the push rod giving the user easily a visual feedback of the chosen retreat of the push rod, it is proposed according to the present invention that the adjusting means are configured as a rotatable wheel with a slope, the rotatable wheel being positioned on the axis of the push rod between the stock and the brake means, the distance between the highest point of the slope and the brake means defining the retreat of the push rod.This rotatable wheel allows the user to select the level of retreat of the push rod by turning the wheel between a first position with no retreat of the push rod and a second position with a maximum retreat of the push rod resulting in a anti-drip behaviour of the caulking gun.

An actuator for dispensing material from the cartridge is selectively engaged with the link member. The actuator dispenses material from the cartridge when the trigger is unlocked, and the actuator is retracted from the cartridge and prevented from dispensing material from the cartridge when the trigger is locked.

摘要： A manually operated dispensing device for use with a double cartridge for dispensing two-component chemical systems includes a double thrust ram with two thrust ram parts each having a toothed surface on which teeth are provided. The width of the thrust ram parts may be equal, or alternatively, the one thrust ram part may be wider than the other. The dispensing device further includes a drive assembly for acting on the double thrust ram, which is actuated by a trigger lever. The drive assembly includes a drive member, which includes teeth for acting on the teeth of the double thrust ram. The toothed surface of the thrust ram parts are either provided with ribs arranged near the outer edges of the thrust ram parts or have no ribs at all. As a result, a maximum width of the teeth is obtained and a maximum force is transmitted.
