An apparatus and system including: a top cap comprising a press button; a pump actuator partially disposed in the top cap, where a depression of the press button actuates the pump actuator; a front plate comprising a nozzle opening disposed proximate a first end of the front plate, where the front plate is attached to the top cap; a front nozzle attached to the pump actuator and disposed through the nozzle opening in the front plate; an indentation on a top surface of the front plate, where the front nozzle is angled to disperse a liquid onto the indentation; and a bottle attached to the pump actuator, wherein the bottle is configured to contain the liquid.

A method of filling a cartridge with medical gas, including removably sealing a sealing mechanism against the open end of an uncapped and empty cartridge, fluidically attaching an evacuation adapter to the sealing mechanism and evacuating the cartridge, thus producing at least a partial vacuum therein, fluidically attaching a fill adapter to the sealing mechanism and filling the cartridge with medical gas at a predetermined pressure and temperature, and fluidically attaching a capping device to the sealing mechanism and while maintaining the predetermined pressure and temperature capping the cartridge is presented.

The present invention relates to a gel-state content discharging applicator and, more particularly, to a gel-state content, discharging applicator wherein a pressurization button is formed on the lower end of a container such that, when the pressurization button is pressed, an inner container is pressurized, thereby pressurizing an inner container cap, which is coupled to the inner container, and a pump, which is coupled to the inner container cap; as a result, the gel-state content is discharged through a valve of the pump and through a discharge member such that a predetermined mount of gel-state content is always discharged easily; in addition, formation of the pressurization button on the lower end of the container guarantees that, when the container according to the present invention is used for tooth-related products among medications and sanitary aids, the content can be easily applied even to molar parts.

The present invention relates to a caulking gun for dispensing viscous material comprising a stock a cartridge keep a push rod longitudinally moveably mounted in the stock provided at its one end with a plunger which engages the piston of a cartridge placed in the cartridge keep, means for engaging the push rod to advance it, brake means hinged to the stock and provided with a clearance hole for engaging the push rod such that the push rod is moveable in a direction advancing the push rod towards the cartridge and is held in a direction retreating the push rod from the cartridge, which brake means are arranged to travel to a first position relative to the stock as the push rod advances and to a second position as the push rod retreats thereby defining the retreat of the push rod, the brake means being inclined relative to the axis of the push rod and adjusting means for varying the retreat of the push rod. In order to provide an adjustable caulking gun with at least two different levels of retreat of the push rod giving the user easily a visual feedback of the chosen retreat of the push rod, it is proposed according to the present invention that the adjusting means are configured as a rotatable wheel with a slope, the rotatable wheel being positioned on the axis of the push rod between the stock and the brake means, the distance between the highest point of the slope and the brake means defining the retreat of the push rod.This rotatable wheel allows the user to select the level of retreat of the push rod by turning the wheel between a first position with no retreat of the push rod and a second position with a maximum retreat of the push rod resulting in a anti-drip behaviour of the caulking gun.

The present invention is directed generally to building tools that are high quality, durable, and in some case lightweight. For example, a mastic flat box may made by forming multiple sections into a single integrated piece by, for example, an extrusion process so as to reduce manufacturing cost and increase the structural durability of the tool. The mastic flat box may be made in such a way as to allow for easier assembly, operation, and cleaning. Further, mastic flat box may be made, at least in part, using a material including magnesium to reduce the weight of the tool. Still further, mastic flat box may be made using one or more protective coatings for protecting various metals against corrosion, for example, using a high impact coating such as paint covered with a clear coat of lacquer.

A device for dispensing liquid material is disclosed having an ampoule with at least four storage lumens, a mixing tip coupled to a distal end of the storage lumens, and an outlet lumen in fluid communication with storage lumens via the mixing tip. The at least four storage lumens extend axially along the length of an ampoule body, and the mixing tip has at least four gasket seats formed therein, each gasket seat corresponding to one of the storage lumens. The device also includes a first fluid provided in one of the storage lumens and a second fluid having a characteristic different from the first fluid provided in another of the storage lumens. Each of the storage lumens has a proximal gasket sealing the fluids from a proximal end of the ampoule and a distal gasket sealing the fluids from a distal end of the ampoule.

A dispensing device for dental material. The device comprises at least two plungers for extruding dental material from a container. Further the device has a planetary gear drive (10) for moving the plungers and the container relative to each other. The planetary gear drive has at least three planet gears which are in engagement with an annulus gear and wherein the annulus gear is radial float-mounted relative to the planet gears. The device may be relatively robust in operation and may help minimizing costs in the manufacturing of the device.

One embodiment of the present invention provides a device for applying a spray coating, which includes at least two component cartridges, each including an aperture in fluid communication with a static mixing nozzle, and at least one paint applicator comprising a spray tip in fluid communication with the static mixing nozzle. In one embodiment, at least one flexible hose is disposed between and in fluid communication with the spray tip and the static mixing nozzle. Another embodiment of the invention provides a method, which includes applying a spray coating to a surface with the above-described device.
