    摘要： The invention relates to a machine tool, particularly a machine reamer, comprising a shaft-type base and a replaceable cutter head which frontally protrudes from the base. An axially protruding extension of said cutter head engages into a frontal receptacle that is fixed to the base, the cutter head being removably clamped in said receptacle by means of a clamping screw which penetrates the replaceable cutter head in a truly axial direction. The screw head of the clamping screw rests against a face of the replaceable cutter head. The extension of the replaceable cutter head is provided with a polygonal part which is complementary to a truly axial polygonal hole that is fixed to the base and is penetrated by the polygonal part. The extension is further provided with an externally conical part which adjoins the polygonal part, engages into a conical hole that is fixed to the base, and is complementary to said conical hole while the clamping screw is screwed into a central internal thread that is fixed to the base. Preferably, the base is equipped with a functional insert which is rigidly connected to the base and contains the internal thread, the polygonal hole, and/or the conical hole.

    摘要： The invention relates to a reaming tool for reaming out several axially interspaced borings (14) of a workpiece (12). The reaming tool comprises a guide shank (16) which can be clamped into a machine spindle and which can be supported in prepared borings (14) of the workpiece (12) to be machined using external supporting elements (18). The reaming tool also comprises a reaming head (26) which coaxially connects on the front end thereof. In order to be able to easily change a worn tool, the invention provides that the reaming head (26) can be connected to the guide shank (16) by means of an auto-centering clamping mechanism (30), and that the supporting elements (18) positioned in the proximity of the clamping mechanism (30) can, during a clamping process, be radially spread in an at least partial manner from a dimension smaller than that of the diameter to a predetermined diameter guide dimension.

    摘要： A tool holder has a main sleeve to be attached to a tapered bore of a spindle of a machine tool, and a subholder which is coupled with the main sleeve and to which a tool is attached. The tapered shank of the main sleeve is inserted into the tapered bore of the spindle having a taper of 7/24. The main sleeve has a tapered hole having a taper of 1/10. A tapered sleeve which is elastically deformable in the radial direction is fitted onto the outer circumference surface of a shank portion of a subholder body of the subholder. The subholder is coupled with the main sleeve such that the outer circumferential surface of the tapered sleeve having a taper of 1/10 intimately contacts the circumferential surface of the tapered hole and the rear end surface of a flange of the subholder body intimately contacts the forward end surface of the main sleeve. This structure prevents the generation of vibrations during machining. Also, the tool holder makes it possible to efficiently machine a workpiece at high speed, and to increase the durability of the tool and the spindle.
