摘要: Disclosed is a multifunctional adjustable drilling machine. Supporting leg seats are connected with a frame, the frame is connected with a bottom plate, the bottom plate is connected with driller supports, the bottom plate is provided with holes and positioning pins matched with the driller supports, the angles of driller support index plates can be adjusted, drillers machine holes in an automobile die casting at different angles, and a compression cylinder bracket and a compression cylinder support are connected to the bottom plate. A compression plate is connected to a piston rod of a compression cylinder, the compression cylinder is arranged on the compression cylinder support, and motors drive belt pulleys and conveying belts to rotate so as to drive main shafts of the drillers to rotate. The automobile die casting is positioned by a clamp body, and the compression plate clamps the automobile die casting via the compression cylinder.

摘要: A high throughput drilling system for printed circuit board hole formation. Two spindles are disposed at each spindle station, doubling the number of holes produced in a given time period. Each spindle in connected to an overhead linear drive by a mini slide. A first set of the spindles, one for each spindle station, is driven by a first X axis linear drive. A second set is driven by a second X axis linear drive. The work piece table is elongated to support work pieces for all stations, and is supported by a set of bearing guides, with outrigger bearings coupled to the table by flexure mounts that relieve stress due to differential temperature expansion rates between the work piece table and the base table. High speed spindles are employed to obtain higher productivity, with larger holes routed by router tools, eliminating the need for stocking large drill sizes on the system tool changer.

摘要: A glass plate automatic drilling and milling machine, adapted to provide for holes and/or openings having different size, configuration and positioning, comprises a support structure provided with rotating rollers (23, 24) for the sliding of the plates disposed on vertical or slightly inclined direction thereon, as well as comprising a grasping pliers (25) for grasping each plate and transferring it toward a drilling and milling unit (13) with fixed installation, which in turn is provided with two carriages (15, 16) identical and opposite symmetrically to each other. Each carriage is provided with spindles (29, 30, 31, 32) for supporting drills and milling cutters having different size, of which the spindles of each carriage operate alternatively in opposition to each other. At the end of machinings, the plates in case are passed through a glass-cleaning machine (20) for being cleaned and subsequently packed.

摘要: A device for receiving rivets from a rivet delivery tube of a pneumatic supply system, slowing the rivet velocity, and holding the rivet in a staged position until it is ready to be fed into a hole in a workpiece, includes a perforated tube having a connection to the rivet delivery tube. The interior diameters of the rivet brake and staging tube and the rivet delivery tube are equal so the rivet sees no edges or shoulders when passing through the delivery tube into the staging tube. The rivet brake and staging tube has a flange by which it is connected to the side of a shuttle carrier which carries a shuttle body in which is mounted a slotted rivet guide shoe. The rivet guide shoe has an arm that is positioned in front of the end of the rivet brake and staging tube when the shuttle is in its drilling position, so the rivet may be sent while the rivet hole is being drilled, and the rivet is held at the end of the rivet brake and staging tube, ready for insertion into the hole. The shuttle body can be moved to position a curved, arched slot in the rivet guide shoe in line with the end of the rivet brake and staging tube, whereupon the rivet is blown from the end of the rivet brake and staging tube, around the slot in the rivet guide tube, through a rivet guide tube, and into the hole in the workpiece.

摘要: A device for feeding rivets around a small radius curve includes a rivet guide shoe that fits into a recess in a movable shuttle body that can be moved to position a drill cavity, the rivet insertion device, and a rivet die sequentially under the machine axis for drilling, rivet insertion, and rivet upsetting. The rivet guide shoe has a curved, arched slot which is aligned with the delivery end of the rivet supply line when the shuttle is in its rivet insert position. The rivet is blown through the rivet supply line into the curved, arched slot in the rivet guide shoe. It travels around the slot and enters a rivet guide tube that is fitted into the end of the slot and has an axial passage equal in diameter to the diameter of the curved, arched slot, so the rivet encounters no edges or other discontinuities in the transition from the slot to the guide tube.

摘要: A combined sawing and drilling machine for structural steel shapes such as I beams has a circular saw unit and the drilling unit mounted on a common plate or on respective plates on a common foundation adjacent one another so that the clamping screw for replacement of the blade is actuated through a window or opening in the plate carrying the drill units, thereby allowing the drilling unit and the saw to be disposeed closer together when the roller conveyor is equipped with only one position-measuring unit and thereby reducing cut-off waste.
