摘要: It is the creation of a new material derived from a mixture of renewable natural raw materials, i.e. dried leaves (whole and/or broken—crushed and/or powdered (granulated)) olives (whole and/or part of it and/or specific varieties), as well as inorganic and/or organic and/or synthetic adhesives. The whole mixture that is created undergoes some kind of pressure—depending on its use. Not only can it be used throughout the process but it can also function as a substrate—of varied materials—in all dimensions and shapes. The invention is a new environmentally friendly-partially or fully biodegradable-material that boasts great mechanical strength and resistance to ultraviolet radiation and moisture. This invention has the potential to be used as a flat and/or a three-dimensional surface (substrate part and/or entirely) in goods, works, products and structures for interior and/or exterior use, as a decorative material, a fine art and aesthetic material as well as for the manufacture of objects (general and/or special use).

In some embodiments, the composite cellulosic product can include a plurality of cellulosic substrates and an at least partially cured binder. Prior to curing, the binder can include a mixture formed by combining magnesium oxide, water, and magnesium chloride. A weight ratio of the magnesium oxide to the magnesium chloride in the binder can be at least 2.2:1 to 8.5:1.

摘要: A method and an apparatus for gluing wood particles, in particular wood strands, is described, as well as a method for the manufacturing of lignocellulosic products, in particular chip boards, oriented strand boards or fiber boards. Since the wood particles are blended in a blending device with a water-curable binder, in particular with polymeric diphenylmethane diisocyanate and moisture is added to the wood particles outside the blending apparatus, curing of the binder inside the blending apparatus, and as a consequence pollution thereof, can be avoided. Moreover, moisturizing outside the blending device can produce a particular even distribution of moisture.

摘要: The invention relates to a process for manufacturing composite material which contains fiber based and polymer based material, wherein the manufacture includes a preliminary treatment process to form a raw stock mixture. According to the invention, the preliminary treatment process includes a hot-cold mixing device which comprises at least a heating stage, and that raw stock, which contains lignin-free material, and a coupling agent are fed to the mixing device to form the raw stock mixture, and adhesion between fiber based and polymer based substances of the raw stock is ameliorated by the coupling agent.
