摘要: The method for producing a resin composition of the present invention includes a step of obtaining a lignin-containing solution that contains a solubilized lignin prepared through a treatment of separating lignin in a lignin-containing solution and a solvent, and a step of adding a resin to the lignin-containing solution to thereby obtain a lignin/resin-containing solution. Also, the method for producing a resin composition of the present invention includes a step of mixing the lignin/resin-containing solution with at least one solvent selected from water and a hydrocarbon having a dipole moment of 0.25 d or less. The lignin-containing resin molded article of the present invention uses the resin composition obtained according to the production method of the present invention.

摘要: Methods, compositions, apparatuses, and systems are provided for a hybrid thermoplastic gel or sealant. The methods comprise providing (a) a base polymer having at least one functional group capable of crosslinking, (b) a functionalized extender, and (c) heat, and reacting the base polymer and functionalized extender in the presence of the heat to form the hybrid thermoplastic gel. The gel composition may comprise 5-40 wt % of a base polymer, 60-95 wt % of a functionalized extender, and 0-10 wt % of a crosslinker. A closure or interconnect system may comprise a housing, a cable, and a hybrid thermoplastic gel or sealant. A telecommunications apparatus may comprise a telecommunications component and a sealant that forms a seal with the telecommunications component. The sealant may comprise a sealant material having a first range of elongation followed by a second range of elongation.

In a pneumatic tire comprising an inner liner layer formed from a thermoplastic resin or a thermoplastic elastomer composition obtained by blending a thermoplastic resin with an elastomer, a tie rubber layer, and a coating rubber layer, the coating rubber layer and the inner liner layer are disposed in a manner such that the coating rubber layer and the inner liner layer overlap each other, and a rubber composition in at least a region of the coating rubber layer where the coating rubber layer and the inner liner layer overlap has an adhesion to the inner liner layer.
