A sintering-free inorganic ceramic brick-plate and its preparation method are disclosed. The sintering-free inorganic ceramic brick-plate includes following components by mass parts: 25-40 parts of magnesium oxide; 20-35 parts of magnesium chloride; 20-30 parts of fumed silica; 10-20 parts straw powders; 0.1-0.3 parts of graphene powders with a particle size of 2000 meshes; and 0.2-0.4 parts of airgel powders with a particle size of 100 nm. Compared with the prior art, the present invention utilizes a variety of raw natural non-toxic natural mineral raw materials, namely, the graphene powders with the particle size of 2000 meshes and the airgel powders with the particle size of 100 nm for mixing, and then the mixed raw materials can be solidified at room temperature and form sheets, and then the surface of the sheets is processed through printing or spraying glaze, so as to achieve the effect of high-grade tiles and natural marble.

Carbon dioxide gas is directed through a manifold, which may be coupled to a feedbox or a hopper, upstream from the product mold. The homogenizing device is configured for outputting input material of a prescribed maximum size. The de-densification device is configured for enabling the input material to be reduced from a first bulk density to a second bulk density less than the first bulk density. The de-densification device receives the input material from the homogenizing device. Input material from the de-densification device falls through the liquid additive passage under the gravitational force. The spray heads are exposed within the liquid additive passage for providing a spray of liquid additive within the liquid additive passage whereby the input material is exposed to the spray of liquid additive after being reduced from the first bulk density to the second bulk density.

The construction material is fire resistant and has a strength comparable to a lumbered raw wood product. The apparatus includes means for finely splitting a fibrous woody material such as wood, bamboo, and reed in a direction parallel to the fiber of the material to obtain pieces of finely split material; a molding frame; and feeders, such as a forming conveyor and swing conveyor, for feeding the pieces to the molding frame to form first and second layers. Mortar is poured on the first and second layers, and pressure is applied to mold and solidify the layers to a semi-hardened state. Two feeders may provide the first and second layers in cross-wise directions.
