    摘要： One aspect of the present disclosure relates to devices for sealing gaps in an extrusion assembly to provide for a consistent extrusion. In one embodiment, a barrel-shaped sealing device with a resilient protruding edge is used to prevent extrusion material from entering gaps between the piston and the inner surface of the barrel. The sealing device includes a fastener to releasably attach the sealing device to the piston. Sealing rings are inserted into a bottom gap formed between the bottom edge of the barrel and the bottom surface of the die.

More specifically, the present invention relates to a mobile trailerized workstation comprising one or more Compressed Earth Block (“CEB”) ram machines, which may be in a horizontal or other configuration. The invention is suitable for use in remote environments in support of, for instance, on-site construction operations utilizing earth blocks. The trailerized workstation may also comprise an electric generator, a mixer for mixing the earth block soil mixture, and a block compression testing apparatus. A preferred embodiment comprises two horizontal hydraulic earth block ram machines, a covered trailer, and a hydraulic pump and fluid lines for operating the horizontal rams.

    摘要： The present invention provides a clay extruder having a reinforced plunger for shaping clay into desired patterns having a hollow core. The extruder has a screw disposed within a sleeve, a reinforced plunger located on the screw and inside the sleeve, a handle located on the screw and outside of the sleeve, an adaptor disk for forming a hollow core, and a perforated extrusion disk opposite the insertion of the screw into the sleeve. As the plunger pushes clay out the sleeve, an o-ring around the plunger prevents clay from leaking back, and the adaptor disk for forming a hollow core and a perforated disk mold the clay into a desired pattern with a hollow core.
