摘要: Methods, systems, and panels for retrofitting an existing exterior of a building. In one example, the method may include: (a) obtaining data about an exterior geometry of the existing exterior; (b) using the obtained data, defining a custom retrofit panel system for the exterior geometry; and (c) constructing the custom retrofit panel system including a plurality of panels, in which constructing a panel includes: (i) forming a panel frame by additive manufacturing, the panel frame defining interstitial spaces; (ii) at least partially filling the interstitial spaces with at least one filler; and (iii) in which the constructed panel includes a building facing surface configured to mate with the exterior geometry of the existing exterior.

The slab has occluded in the cement mortar mass means for versatile operating on the panel assembly allowing for its handling and/or fixation to a building structure, which versatile operating means constitute of themselves, on one part, means for retaining them in the set mass of cement mortar and, on another part opposite to the former, anchoring means either for panel handling members or members for its fixation to the building structure.

摘要: Provided are a structural energy-saving, heat-insulated and decorative integrated plate and a manufacturing method therefor. The method includes: step 1: welding outer side keels, an inner side keel and a bottom keel into a wall framework; step 2: fixing an inner side decorative plate and an outer side decorative plate on the wall framework through shoot nails, and a hollow structure formed by the inner side decorative plate, the outer side decorative plate and the wall framework being a filling and pouring layer; and step 3: grouting the filling and pouring layer, to form a wall filled with cement foamed polystyrene particles. The present invention features a rational structure, manufactures an integrated wall plate with decorated inner and outer sides, and can replace patterns on the decorative plates. The integrated plate features energy saving, environmental friendliness, shock resistance, compression resistance, fire prevention, heat insulation and sound insulation.

摘要: A stripping lifting insert is provided for precast insulated panels having an insulating material layer between opposing wythes, the insulating material layer, wythes, and precast insulated panel having respective widths. The stripping lifting insert includes an elongated connecting shaft having a shaft axis. First and second spaced apart wythe engagement members are connected to the connecting shaft in spaced apart relation to each other. Each wythe engagement member includes a hub and a plurality of three or more protrusions connected to and emanating from hub. Each of the protrusions extending radially outward from the shaft axis. The wythe engagement members have a height less than the width of the wythes, whereby each wythe engagement member can be completely embedded in a respective wythe of the precast insulated panel. A precast insulated panel and a method of making a precast insulated panel are also disclosed.

摘要: A pre-cast concrete building panel, adapted for use in even a load-bearing wall without additional framing, comprising a continuous peripheral metal channel frame, a concrete mass poured in situ in the frame, with the frame serving as the form, a slab of insulation embedded in the concrete but spaced at its edges from the metal frame, relatively heavy upper and lower shear bars welded to the frame and extending across the panel through the upper and lower edge portions of the concrete, and a lighter wire fabric reinforcement embedded in at least one face of the concrete mass. A plurality of short cantilever re-bars, welded to and projecting inwardly of the vertical sides of the frame, reinforce the vertical edges of the concrete mass.

摘要: A hollow prefabricated masonry wall panel is made at a fabrication site and is configured for transportation to a build site. The hollow prefabricated wall panel has a base row and an upper row formed of hollow blocks. A slit is formed in the top of each of the two side walls of the hollow blocks of the base row and upper row, the slit having a width no larger than 20% a width of a side wall. Provisional reinforcement is provided within each slit with a bonding material, a size of the slit and the provisional reinforcement configured to provide tensile strength during transportation of the hollow prefabricated wall panel from the fabrication site to the build site. At least one mid-row is laid between the base row and upper row so the hollow cavities are aligned to preserve hollow wall cavities that can accept code required reinforcement once transported to the build site.
